for a short stay this place is fantastic. it has all the necessities and the room was clean and cozy

The room was clean and the staff were accommodating to us.

The area isn't very nice but we spent most of our time near downtown.

Echo Lodge is what it says it is, a "budget" property. My king bed room was clean upon arrival, very spacious, and the refrigerator was of substantial size and the small microwave was fine -- both were working properly (I had to plug in the fridge). Bed was comfortable with several pillows. Bathroom was OK, the tub/shower was in fine condition and the shower head delivered a great stream of water. I do a lot of traveling and have stayed in "name brand" places with lesser rooms at substantially higher prices. The furniture is the room was obviously dated, and the hangers in the closet space were funky (there were only three + one for pants) but I carry my own for just this reason. Compared to other Booking.com properties in the general vicinity, I was pleased with my choice. The property itself is kept clean and the parking lot is well-illuminated at night.

The guests in the next room my first night were busy arguing in the early morning, which was somewhat disturbing, but it is what it is. I did not report the problem to management, and the folks were gone the next night.

Dirty towels and sheets! The water from toilet pipe was leaking out on the floor. It seams like the room was not cleaned! It was the most dirty hotel I have ever visited!

Staff was warm. Room was neat.

Room was neat but with a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room.
