I booked due to the breakfast and it sucked

The breakfast was below par and you had to awkwardly go to the small 10x10 front desk to get anything. Worthless

Very friendly and courteous staff.

Room had an unpleasant odor. Carpet needed a good steam clean. Maintenance technicians need to repair damaged caulk around toilet and faucet bases.

A very enjoyable stay, great staff!

Very pleasant and comfortable room. Perfect location for our needs.

Limited parking.

Very friendly staff! Elevator was a plus as well as a comfy bed.

The kitchenette area wasn’t very clean. There were crumbs left in drawers and there was something caked on the burners. There was also a good layer of dust on the furniture.

I like the setup but it was just dirty and I was shocked and disappointed.

Staff was fairly nice.

Floors where visibility dirty especially bathroom. Drawers had ashes,microwave dirty,light switches dirty. I basically had to clean the room. Cobwebs and dust balls on carpet.

Room very outdated, no door for bathroom, sprinkler system dripped in kitchen area, cabinets dirty, dresser drawers dirty, lights are filthy, beer cans and bottles all over back parking area.

WORST EVER, a jail cell was better then the room!

DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY, FILTHY DIRTY, ROACHES, CHANGED ROOMS AND IT GOT WORSE, WE ENDES UP GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER EXPERIENCED, OUT DATED, PREVIOUS PEOPLE CLEARLY SMOKED IN ROOMS, ASH EVIDENCE IN ROOM, COBWEBS, BROKEN FURNITURE! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Showed up at the front desk. Was told they gave our room away cause the card didn’t work. Was told they didn’t have any more rooms for ‘service animals’. They will be blessed if I don’t file with the ADA.
