Location
Upon arrival staff was not attentive to guest arrival. The music was loud and inappropriate. The hotel was not clean. Elevator was dirty. Room was not clean the refrigerator was rusty on the outside the kitchen looked like it was not cleaned. I found items on the floor by the bed. And staff attempted to enter the room way before check out only knocking once then tried to enter the room.and you charge for parking and the lot wasn’t secure and clearly it was cars there that appeared to be abandoned. Very disappointing.

The location was good and safe.
No ice maker and the place it's alot of fixing I would say and no pans to cook with. Just not my type of Hotel.and know real breakfast served

I left without staying more than 20 minutes because the stove had been used heavily to fry foods and everything smelled of cooking oil. And whatever efforts that may have been made to clean the room were completely insufficient.

They had no room- the extended stay across the Street was not helping.

Horrible, booked ahead of time, paid in advance and they gave our hotel to someone right before we walked in the door. And had no other rooms available.
That we were no where near home. We were already out of pocket for a hotel and we needed to find a hotel and nothing near us was available

Bed was comfy yet pillows had BUGS ( fleas,bedbugs, Spiders) I'm ate up like thanksgiving dinner!

Good customers service as no one ever at the desk . Fill the room with supplies and hire people who are courteous not rude and treat people like customers .

I feel that someone came into my room while I was gone. A few items were missing including money. Called when I got home to have them check the room if things were possibly left behind. The clerk was clueless who took my call

The staff wasn't horrible. It's close to the airport.
The outside looks great, but as soon as you walk in the lobby you're met with the odor of stale cigarettes. The room desperately needed a deep cleaning. Plus the smoke detector was missing. And yet, you have to put down a $100 deposit and sign a form saying you won't party or smoke in the room....

Rooms were subpar. Blanket too thin. No shower curtain in bathroom. Toilet seat moved when you sit. Bathroom door handle messed up. No remote with TV.

poor quality, gates out front don’t work properly for you to park your car, room was not fully clean, was not comfortable, shower handle was opposite for temperature, thin blanket to sleep with, was not given a Queen sized bed when I reserved for one, tv was broken leaning forward, loud noises all through night, overall stay was very uncomfortable, didn’t seem to be sanitary.
