Gute, sichere Lage, tolle Aussicht, bequeme Betten, sehr sauberes Zimmer, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter
Zimmer sehr klein für den Preis, durch die Fenster zog es, wenn der Wind darauf stand und die Windgeräusche waren sehr störend. Lüftung im WC läuft lautstark die ganze Nacht

Rooftop was nice but did not have bar and heaters were not on
The area seem a little sketchy and the elevator was slow and funky

Nothing... very disappointed
For $390 this was maybe a 2 star ...homeless all around the restaurants we were directed to by staff...old and in need of everything and I was shocked to read alot of the better reviews...very mislead and I will say I never feel strong enough to even write a review but my husband insisted as well

I love the underground parking, and the rate is good for Seattle. Great area to stay. Close to the needle and the monorail. Very rarely do I stay in another hotel when I'm in Seattle, and I go there alot.

First time in Seattle with my son spending the holidays away from home and we had one of the best vacations. I'm so grateful that we stayed there. Friendly, empathetic crew, clean and comfortable rooms. Housekeeping kept our room and the common areas super clean with fresh coffee all day. I've also love the roof patio, great view. Our flight was cancelled so we had to extend our stay, but we didn't mind it because the room was very comfortable and we had everything to stay longer like a washer and dryer, well except a stove :)
Also, shout out to all the stuff that was able to make it to work safe on Friday during the icy conditions. Sorry I don't remember everyone's name, I remember Wendy because of the restaurant :)
Thank you everyone and Happy New Year!

17 years ago I introduced my wife to the great Northwest and we stayed here. The hotel is in the middle of renovations but we were so excited to have the hotel closer to its original state from our first visit. Love this place. Spectacular views on the rooftop.
It was perfect. From what we can see, the hotel is going to get a nice upgrade while preserving the charm and originality it is known for.

The location was just fantastic.
It was a great night the hotel is very nice.
I was supposed to get the parking money back since it was a night of a concert but they just kept it.
Which obviously was upsetting ñ.

The rooftop view was beautiful and it was close to restaurants. The staff was friendly and our room was clean. We also enjoyed the views from our window.
One of the elevators was broken and the hotel was full so you had to wait up to 10 mins for the elevator each time. We were on the 6th floor so we only felt like taking the stairs a couple times and it was inconvienent when we had our luggage. It was a nice enough place to stay for one night but I don't think we would stay there for an extended amount of time.

The hotel is incredibly close to Climate Pledge. Our tickets were for Entry 4 and we couldn't have been closer.
The room didn't look anything like the picture which shows four large windows. We had one small window. The shades were closed when we arrived because the view was right into windows of the building right across the alley. There were multiple closed fire doors between the elevator and our room. There is no signage indicating the path to more rooms is through a closed Exit door. The elevators were very slow. The hotel had an old building, European hotel feel... which is a little fun and a little annoying. LOL. The single-serve coffee bag in the room (Wolfgang Puck) was awful. It says there is on-site parking, and it was secure. That was nice. I didn't see any indication on the hotel's page that parking would cost $30/night. The lot was full when we arrived, but they allowed two cars to park on the right side of each level's enter/exit ramp, so we thankfully one of the last spots.

The staff was wonderful. They went above and beyond every step of the way!
old piping. you could hear anytime the toilet was flushed or shower/sinks turned anywhere near you.
Parking garage was terribly small. but they let us park on the ramp to accommodate that.
