Cama super confortável, box no banheiro e sem banheiras no quarto com cama king.

Cobram estacionamento na frente, sem manobrista nem nada. Em outros hotéis que já fiquei não costumam cobrar esse tipo de serviço. O café da manhã estava bem fraquinho, esperava mais pelas avaliações aqui do booking, fiquei decepcionado. Além disso, me cobraram 2x o mesmo quarto (um no cartão que estava cadastrado aqui na booking e outro no dia do check in). Felizmente resolveram até o último dia da minha hospedagem.

Instalaciones que les falta mantenimiento. Y a se ven antiguas y un poco descuidadas. Aparte el desayuno podrían variarlo los días entre semana.

daily cleaning, comfy bed, full blast AC all over the building, friendly staffs. we are 2 families and they were nice to let us have room next to each other as per request. they also let us have early check in.

elevator is so slow. it will take you forever to get to the 5th floor or to the lobby. I just wish breakfast ends at 10. they starting to close at 9am. very basic breakfast.

Elevator broke many times during our stay

Room was clean, staff was pleasant

They didn't have an allergy free room. Laundry room was out of order. Couldn't get room service for breakfast The food menu didn't have anything for vegetarians

The reason I didn’t give you all stars it’s because when you get there it’s extra charge for parking I don’t mine to pay, but I will like to see all together before. And if I don’t pay where do y’all want everyone park?
