5-7 минут на машине от Юниверсал-Студиос.

Отель очень старый, в комнате ужасно пахло сыростью все 4 дня, из принадлежностей только шампунь, гель для душа и лосьон для тела. В лобби и ресторане при отеле слишком холодно из-за кондиционеров. Номер неуютный. Входная дверь еле открывалась.

La qualité des services, pas de service de chambre sauf si demandé spécifiquement pour un séjour de 4 nuits. Matelas mous et les draps ne tiennes pas sur le matelas. Chambres mitoyennes tres bruyantes et jour avec le couloir. on entend tout le monde parler

My daughter and I were on vacation and the purpose for our visit was to go to Universal Studios to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday, so the location was perfect as we walked to Universal...the pool and hot tub were fun, we had an amazing view of the pool, we took an uber to Disney Springs it was perfect location for us. Room was spacious and very clean

The pool could have been warmer for me ; )

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is also located very close to the universal parks

We were put in a disabled room that had constant buzzing from the door, yes we could have swapped rooms but that came with the hassle of packing all our bags and moving. The hotel does not offer any shuttles to the Disney parks therefore we ended up having to uber each day. The eating area for breakfast was very messy and outdated, whilst the staff were friendly having to sit next to very messy and stained tables was not fun. Whilst the room was clean, the carpets were stained and the bathroom was dated

Nähe zu den Universal Studios. Man konnte zu Fuss gehen!

Personal war nicht sonderlich freundlich. Es war eher eine Abfertigung. Die Zimmer sind extrem ringhörig. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier nicht. Man bezahlt schlicht die Nähe zu den Universal Studios.
