Delightful and dependable.

The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, the breakfast options.

Sometimes when I check in the receptionist will say my room number out loud. I don't like that. Especially if there is anyone else in line.

Big comfortable rooms, but beware very noisy air conditioning units.

The room was very large and comfortable and check-in was pleasant.

Very noisy air conditioning unit that didn't let us sleep. Also, the check-in staff neglected to tell us that the water was shut off for maintenance -- no water in the hotel for an hour. No hair dryer in the room and none delivered after I called down. I had to go downstairs and ask for one in person as I had an event to attend. Vegan options at breakfast would have been appreciated.

Excellent hotel near UCF

Location if perfect when visiting our son at UCF. There are a lot of restaurants, gas stations, stores, etc in short driving distance. Hotel is in excellent conditions, staff is corteous and prompt, rooms are in very good conditions, breakfast is very good and constantly replished, pool was clean and we felt safe in the area.

Lights on bathroom and room are not good (not bright enough). Pillows are way too soft but in general an excellent options besides these two minor details.

Will definitely stay again

From the moment I checked in the staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned, and the beds were very comfortable to the point where I had a hard time waking up in the morning.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable!

The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable! The staff was very friendly and the pool temperature was perfect! There is a wide spread of breakfast options and coffee available all day. I was extremely comfortable here and will DEFINITELY recommend this to everyone and return is I’m ever back in the area!!

Disappointed. Have always expected highest standards at Hampton Inns.

Breakfast was very nice, clean, and comfortable

Airconditioner was very loud. Was awakened several times, even with sleep aides. Barn style bathroom door was very difficult to operate.

All in all, it was a nice stay, totally recommended for a few day affordable budget holiday.

The hotel is perfect for the price, comfortable and clean, good facilities and the breakfast is absolutely OK (which is rare in the US, if you don't stay in a high-end hotel).

The aircondition was loud in the whole building (inside-outside). The big outside unit was exactly under our room, so we literaly cannot sleep, BUT the staff was ready to help, and gave us an other room immediately, when we mentioned the problem.

it’s ok, not as I expected

before check in I received massage saying my check out time until 3 pm, we planned everything that time, at checkout date they’re calling and saying checkout time 1 pm, how they are working? is this normal? I didn’t expect, first experience in my life
