Great vibe

No parking

The location was great. The hotel was historic and very nice.

The rooms did not have a dresser and the bathroom vanity was very small even though there was plenty of room for both. Pillows were very uncomfortable and bedding kept coming undone while sleeping.

The service and attention was great! The room was very comfortable and beautiful!

I didn’t have a shower cap but not big deal lol

Everything! From the guest service to the property itself! I took my wife to see her favorite band for her 40th birthday, and every aspect is amazing! The young man who worked the evening shift at the front desk, as well as everyone else, was amazing! Thank you guys! - the goth couple Jeremiah Saint and Tara Ryze

There wasn't anything not to like!

I liked the court house high ceilings, long corridors with marble walls and solid wood doors. Good location.

That you did not have a reservations staff in hotel.

Needs a Keurig coffee machine in the room

they just have two carts for luggage it is a big hotel so if you are lucky maybe you can find one every hour available and they don’t have people to help you with the bags either, there is no parking we have to do valet and they just had one guy with 5 parties leaving at the same time so we waited 1 hr to get our car and we did because my husband went with the valet guy to the garage and get the car by himself very bad organization
