We did not get up in time for breakfast. Staff was friendly. Room was clean.

There was only one elevator working and it was constantly full. The wait time to use it was ridiculous. Thankfully we were on the second floor and traveled light so we used the stairs as did a lot of other frustrated guests. The carpet tile as you enter the room was in very bad condition and should be replaced. Especially as it is the first and last thing you see as you come and go from the room. The fact that there are 4 different hotels under the same roof seems not to be a very good set up. It is confusing.

que sean varios hoteles que compartan la alberca varios hoteles y sólo tengan 6 sillas reposeras , que carguen a la tarjeta 50 dólares diarios por día como “garantía” y no los devuelvan al salir sino que en 3 a 5 días ...

The desk attendants were friendly and helpful.

It’s not that I didn’t like it but the elevators sounded like roller coaster rides.

It was peaceful and pleasant.
