Beautiful unit located in the second floor of a quiet building. The unit was clean and property management company was very responsive and easy to deal with. The location is very central and within walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants. However, compared to some of the other vacation rentals we stayed at in Spain, this kitchen was very sparsely appointed, with only the basics. Also, the wifi was slow, and needed a reset by the property manager, but became slow again towards the end of our stay. Also, if you have a car, do not stay here. The unit is located in a restricted ACIRE zone which means you are unable to park nearby and parking in the nearby parkade is expensive, $32 euro/day. I think if they had better cookware, a decent coffee maker, faster wifi and better parking options, I would have rated it higher.

As advertised. Clean and bright, good property, location was next to some good bars/restaurants and was quiet. Managers were easy to deal with. Overall quite enjoyable

El apartamento esta muy bien situado para ir al cualquier sitio en Palma. Lo mejor? El café al lado donde desayunamos y comimos casi todos los dias. Buenos sitios para comer en las plazas cercanas también.
Tuvimos problemas al principio para abrir el sofacama, pero los anfitriones nos vinieron a ayudar.
