Todo, la ubicación, el personal siempre a disposición, un desayuno muy muy completo , los ascensores vuelan , frigobar en la habitación es perfecto

Super bien ubicado ! El personal muy amable El edificio es muy bonito , y nos tocó una vista a la ciudad , la habitación era pequeña pero todas las habitaciones de hotel en NY son pequeñas , incluye el desayuno y está realmente completo ! Regresare sin duda !! Super recomendable ! Sobre todo felicidades por la atención tan linda del personal y además muy limpio y cómodo !

La localisation, à 2 pas de Times Square! Le personnel est professionnel et très sympathique.

Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes. Beaucoup trop de monde au petit déjeuner, ambiance oppressante. Les couloirs dans les étages et les chambres ne donnent pas une sensation de luxe.

La ubicación es definitivamente un 10 y esto en Manhattan hay que pagarlo.

Habitaciones muy básicas. Limpieza flojita, falta mantenimiento (por ejemplo, secador de pelo roto, wc también roto), minibar de hace 20 años... una suma de cosas que desmerecen al hotel. Me asombra que Riu, que tiene un prestigio ganado, no cuide estas cosas. Es un hotel de 3 estrellas, no de 4.

The tap was scalding hot despite the middle setting, room was tiny, the uncomfortable sofabed barely fit the room, maybe the bathroom should be more private in a room that has two full beds

Tiene muy buena ubicacion y es accesible.

El sistema de elevadores al tener que usar la llave para operarlo, es poco funcional y en ocasiones se desactiva la elección de piso y no Puedes llegar al piso donde estas hospedado.

Lifts

Fabulous breakfast spread. Fabulous and the staff executed very well to maximize efficiency. Kitchen must be a crazy place! Ample staff, friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed car availability for LGA. Good location for restaurants and theaters. We like key control for energy use reduction.

Elevators' card process confused people, slowing access. Better explanation perhaps at check in that card read is a quick in/out might help. Seemed a bit pricey but not terribly so. A runner or mat to soften concrete could be a nice touch.

Great location to times square

Restaurant was disappointing had to queue and wait to get in ,breakfast was disappointing in fact 2nd day we went elsewhere The restaurant was like a school canteen and not very welcoming

Nice Receptionists. Location is great. Very clean, quiet even though in the center. Very comfortable beds.

Housekeepers "threw away" a big bag of very expensive (around $500 worth of products) cosmetic products that I forgot on the counter in the bathroom. All the hotels put it in lost and found and ship it to your home in this case. I called the same day I checked out and was told that they had trashed my cosmetic bag. I was extremely upset and still am.

The room was clean. Staff was great, helpful and friendly. Liked the free breakfast.

It's nice to have the free breakfast. You have a great spread but the food was cold.

Hotel too crowded, lines for breakfast, and elevators. Like school canteen at breakfast food quality ok but not great. Serving utensils communal. Not a fan of hard tiled floors, engineered hardwood floors etc. just not comfortable

Llits massa tous, coixins massa alts i havent pagat per un llit gran, lamplada va ser de 1’50m (tot i dirte q seria entre 1’50 i 1’80m).. el vaig trobar massa just
