Location, quiet neighborhood, super clean rental.

It was a little warm in the room, but that could just be the location of the room in the building, direct sunlight. The walk in shower drain was a little slow, but everything else was terrific!

I spent 3 great night in the property with 3 friends of mine in June. Very clean, well equipped, 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Jacuzzi under the stars. Amazing stay. If you understand how to check-in, you really cannot complain. Communication with the host/ agency was also ok at the end.

I had the worst check-in experience in my more then 15-years of traveling. First, they send a lot of extra e-mails to sign their own terms and conditions. I don´t understand this, everything should be handled by booking.com. Within those e-mails they send over some travel instructions (separately) which we were studying for almost 1 hour to get the codes of the locker and the door. It was like an escape the room team building challenge. At late night, very tired. I also didn´t like that they often emphasized in their messages that they apply fines for not leaving the property as they define. If you leave the lamp on, you have to pay a fine for 50 USD; if you don´t lock the door, 100 USD. etc. Read the instructions carefully when you leave. The whole experience could be so much friendlier. Just send me an e-mail, "Welcome to Sunstone lodge., we are happy that you stay with us. Here are the check-in instructions. We care about the environment, please complete this checklist before you leave. Don´t leave the water running, turn off the lamps..." This is common sense and would leave a better impression in people.

Jacuzzi should have been warm. Toilet was clogged, - it flushed very poorly so this was anticipated. But it took a very long time to get someone to come and clean the bathroom after it overflowed.

Someone was smoking in the balcony and we had to close windows at night, in the morning...was very unpleasant.
