we checked in at 3 keys didn’t work until 7pm

the decor of the rooms

my toilet didn’t work. had to change rooms in the middle of my stay after I unpacked. front desk clerk was rude, offered me a plunger after I spent hundreds of dollars on a room then had the nerve to get a little attitude. went to the new room and went to take a shower. a small ball of hair was in it. I don’t think I’d ever stay at this one again.

They had a great selection for breakfast all the breakfast staff was very friendly!

It was nothing that I didn’t like! This was the perfect place to stay!

Great Location. Within 3 minutes of the Southpoint mall. Area felt very safe

I thought it was a little pricey but we love this hotel and have have stayed here many times while my two sons were being seen at Duke.
