the staff were very nice especially the doormen. :-) loved the room service.

the bathroom had a dirty washcloth on the sink when we went in there. someone had shaved previously to us staying in the room and there was beard hair ALL over the sink behind the faucet. so gross. We went to open a bottle of water and noticed that one of them had already been opened and left there for the next person to drink. it was a smoking hot day and noticed the window was left open, therefore it wouldn’t get cold in the room. for the price it was less than desirable.

fabulous location and gorgeous hotel. the suite we had had a separate bunk bed area for the kids and a king size bed for us- great when you need some separation from the kiddos! friendly staff, excellent service- will be back again!

would have preferred the beds to be queens instead of doubles

Loved the meals. Loved the 3 mile walking trail through the woods. I don't play golf, but that looked pretty nice, too.
