The property is beautiful.
The bathroom was extremely tough to maneuver in, and there was excessive noise in the halls well past midnight, and in early morning hours as well. Hard to get a good sleep.
7.0
Quietness of location, spacious room, the full length mirror.
There was food still left in my fridge when I was unpacking my things, and opened the fridge to put away drinks and found left overs in the fridge that weren’t cleaned out. Which left my room smelling like old food for a little while. If housekeeping would’ve checked and saw while cleaning this could’ve been avoided.

We enjoy staying at the hotel.
There is not one bad thing about staying at your hotel. Definitely will come back to stay

the people and atmosphere
no breakfast buffet

hot tub and pool were great.
sewage smell in the room if portable air conditioner was shut off.

Breakfast was not included. So we did not get anything about breakfast
The person who designed the rooms and the people that agreed to the design should of all been fired - Beds should be queen size - furniture in the rooms is too big - you need bigger beds not big furniture. And the bathroom - oh my god you all should be ashamed of yourselves for having small bathrooms like that - What you charged for a room is ridiculous. $250 a night - that is terrible - especially when there was no continental breakfast and your staff (except one person) were very rude

very small room especially the bathroom had to leave water on for 5+ minutes to get warm water

the location and restaurant
in the king size room the bathroom was super tight and you had to crawl around the door to use the bathroom.

Location was nice.
The first room we were given I was not comfortable with, no outside windows and very small. Very small bathroom. The only window in the room was facing the pool. The staff was very nice, after I got her attention, and switched us to a double but we were still charged the same amount for a king bed rate which was more. Beds were SUPER hard!! Very limited breakfast unless you bought it at the restuarant, we went elsewhere. With no carpet to muffle the noise in the hall and in the rooms it got pretty noisy. Also realized in the morning that the door never latched closed

Breakfast is included in the final price... but they don't serve Breakfast they instead tell you to buy your own at the restaurant in the hotel.
The staff.

The Famer restaurant was quite good and very accommodating.
The pool, hot tub and sauna were very enjoyable.
We stayed here to play golf at Timber Stone and liked being so close to the golf course.
While the size of the room was satisfactory the toilet/shower room were terrible. You could not open the door completely without hitting the toilet. There was barely enough room to exit the shower and dry-off.
The room did not have a microwave and needed one additional chair for relaxing, reading or watching television.

The bed was comfy and liked our balcony view of the ski hill.
Check in said 3:00- got to resort at 3:15 after a long drive. Room not ready. Waited for an hour and went back to check with front desk (who was going to find us in bar when ready) and she said it was ready. We might still be waiting in bar had I not checked.
I get many places are short staffed, but what about a coupon for a free drink while you wait? Or here get some French fries for the kids on us? I think management could set that up.

I loved where the hotel was located and that it has a restaurant on the property. We went in off season but I am sure the amenities are nice as well.
Our sheets had stains all over, and when I mentioned it while checking out they did not even apologize. Beds were very uncomfortable. The bathroom in our room was very hard to use couldnt even open the door all the way because the toilet stopped it.
5.0
The access of skiing right there.
The front lady staff member at the desk my family and I felt she was extremely rude and not polite.

Friendly & energetic staff at the Front Desk, Farmers Bar & Restaurant. Ski hill operators very helpful to be sure safe lift was accomplished.Saw many ski patrol on the hill & actually assisted injured skier. Salt water pool a bonus & enjoyed hot tub too! Food excellent in Farmer’s restaurant. Nice selection of draft beers too!
