The pools and the closeness to the ocean.

The front door of our unit was totally broke. Looked like it was kicked in. The patiodoor would not close all the way. Also there was no oven.

The location was great. The pools, and hot tubs were in great condition and clean. the parking facilities were nice and clean.

We were told that there was a couch bed. When we pulled it out, it was broken and unusable. There was only 1 small thin blanket. We were told that there were sleeping arrangements for 5 people. We had to go buy an air matress as well as 3 more blankets and 2 pillow cases at Walmart. When we stripped the sheets off the bed to leave, we noticed that the matress was severly stained with what looked like urine. WE SLEPT ON A URINE STAINED MATRESS!! No remedy was taken through the vacasa people. We had to deal with it.

it was walking distance to the beach. that's where we planned to spend most of our time. really close to Walmart... very convenient.

the elevator was sketchy. the numbers for the floors didn't work. the telephone box was half hanging on. I only took the elevator if really necessary and that was inconvenient. The place was very outdated. For the price, I overlooked that. However, the couch was not in any kind of condition for sitting on..definitely could not sleep on it. we had to put the mattress on the floor. The bed in the bedroom was the loudest bed I've encountered to date. the nightstands that are attached to the wall.. slant down. don't use those to put anything on if you don't intend it to be on the floor. Biggest complaint.... office staff was very unfriendly, and that was sadly the first person we encountered on our vacation there. Off-putting to say the least.

Room was old and tattered. Insufficient linens were provided. The couch bed was broken. There were not wash clothes.

Beach is right across street. Nice rooms, pools.

Place to throw away trash was a good distance.

Across from beach, close to restaurants and stores. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Two bathrooms. The house was cool and clean. Close to the pool, elevator and trash bend

The sofa and chair need cleaning. No small towels . Had to go out and buy towels. The entrance door need to be painted. I was afraid of what I would see inside after seeing the door.

Location

Bathroom falling apart holes in the ceiling, paneling on the ceiling, falling down crack in the bottom of the tub. Sliding door to the balcony was broken. The entry key system broke the first night. I had to wait hours there for someone to come fix so I could leave.

The pools and location were nice

The elevators in our building were not working which is hard going back and forth to the beach with a lot of things from the 3rd floor. The beds and couch in the condo were awful and so uncomfortable. The key did not work for the dead bolt on the door.

Victorian7103--dishwasher not working, ceiling fan clicking and loud, pullout couch broken and unusable, closet doors broken, big blood stain on one of the mattresses. Advertised as a 3 bedroom, it is a 1 bedroom. Son had to sleep on bunkbed mattress on the floor. My mother who has a broken foot had to scrunch into the bunkbed. 3329 Back to the Beach--  pullout couch broken and unusable, no cord in the phone, blanket that smelled like piss, none of the tvs worked even after putting new batteries in the remotes. 3221--Divine Pearl (totally bad and by far the worst):  roaches, panel falling from ceiling in bathroom, sliding door wouldn't shut=room hot all week in the 90+ degree heat, fridge leaking water all over the floor, bathroom door wouldn't close, TV didn't work, dried puke on wall by bunk beds, coffee pot full of gunk, can't flush toilet without lifting the flapper. Advertised as a 2 bedroom, it is a 1 bedroom. Had to sleep on bunkbed mattress on the floor. Killed roaches every day. There was a bee hive in the elevator and my husband got stung. The pool was filthy with slime and clumps of hair floating everywhere.   Luckily we had our own pool boy (my husband) who skimmed the pool every time we got in.  Avoid!!! Called to report all issues and was told someone would be over to fix. Nobody ever showed up. This is false advertising!

Location was great, the property was nice and the pools were great

The rooms were rough. The carpet in one of our rooms was wet on half of it. Both hide a beds need to be replaced. The master bedroom was good on both rooms. The sheets were clean and though 1 of the rooms was not ready when we got there at 4 . The Vascasa staff was easy to reach and got the problems fixed quickly.

No breakfast included

I was only provided one key and this made it very inconvenient as my family were traveling in two different vehicles and we had different activities planned on GALVESTON Island. There were absolutely no washcloths in the room, and the sofa bed was horrible (missing springs).

Clean condo that was fully stocked! Is a nice size. Got to check in early!

No wifi(it worked for about an hour at around 12am the first night)(messaged about it a lot, said would send local person, waited a 1/2 of day the day we check in for the person that came at night after i had text to let know it finally connected and we were good...the next morning it would not connect again so no cartoons for our child while getting ready for the day....when texted to let know not working again told would send local person, no one ever came...text asking when someone would come, told issue was resolved but no connection to wifi, no one ever came issue never resolved) so no TV for the whole stay which was a lil difficult for our child. Elevator was broken for 2 of the 4 days we stayed, so on 3rd floor and 7 flights of stairs were not nice for child or a man with back and leg issues.

The beach theme in our room. Furniture needs to be upgraded.

Management at front desk was very rude. I didn’t pay all that money to have to wear wristbands at our stay. Management came to pool to check make sure we had them on. I definitely won’t be staying again. They need to not treat this place as if your at an amusement park. i definitely wouldn’t recommend.

The smell was aweful and musty! the couch sunk in and the bed was so uncomfortable felt springs all night! not happy at all.
