pool area and views . everything felt comfortable. better than a hotel . love the vibe . staff at property did not harass me . all amenities were available. easy meet up just follow instructions and read. my kids loved it . can’t have a party in the room but there is a lot of spots around downtown walking distance. made me want to move back to LA . thank you.

LUXURIOUS HIGHRISE 2b 2b APARTMENT HEART OF LA via Booking.com I'VE RENTED THE APARTMENT FOR 3 NIGHTS. NO PROPER COMMUNICATION, AND FALSE INFORMATION ABOUT THE LOCATION , I'VE TRAVELED FROM VEGAS TO THE LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY LISTED ON BOOKING.COM AND BRING ME 5 MILLES AWAY, BUT WHEN I PHONE THE CONTACT PROPERTY THE NUMBER WAS NOT IN SERVICE, THEN I CALLED 3 DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS LISTED ON THE ADD ( GLORIA) NOO ONE PICK UP THE PHONE.... 20 TIMES....I LEFT MASSAGES, I TEXTED MASSAGES. 2 HRS LATER GLORIA CALLED ME AND SEND ME TO A PARKING LOT WHICH WAS NOT THE PROPERTY PARKING TO PICK UP THE KEYS THEN A DIFFERENT LADY SHOW UP WITH SOME CARD ACCESS AND DIRECTED ME TO THE PROPERTY PARKING LOT SITUATED AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION. AFTER 3 HRS OF STRUGGLING WHICH STARTS WHEN WE ARRIVE AT THE FALSE PROPERTY LOCATION WE FINALLY GET INTO THE 2-BEDROOM APARTMENT. PRETTY CLEAN BUT THE TILES ON THE FLOOR WERE DANGEROUSLY CHEAPED AND IF YOU DON'T WEAR SHOES YOU CAN CUT YOUR FEET.(I HAVE PICS) THE WATER TEMPERATURE ON THE BATHTUB FAUCET WAS NO ADJUSTABLE, ON THE SECOND DAY THE OWNER CALL ME AND ASK A $500 SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR THE PARKING AND KEYS AND $20 PER DAY PARKING FEES. I EXPLAIN MY FRUSTRATION AND ASK HIM IF HE CAN GIVE ME A COMPLIMENTARY PARKING AND HE REFUSES. ON THE LAST DAY ON SATURDAY HE CONTINUES TO SEND MESSAGES FOR COLLECTING THE PARKING FEE. I TEXT HIM BACK AND SAID TO HIM THAT I CAN'T DO ANY MONEY TRANSACTIONS ON SATURDAY BECAUSE OF MY RELIGION BUT I WILL PAY THE FEES SATURDAY EVENING AFTER SUNSET. HE REFUSES TO RESPECT BLOCKING THE CARD ACCESS AND MY BELONGING IN THE APARTMENT. I HAD NO ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT THE THIRD NIGHT WITH MY 2 KIDS. I HAD TO RENT A HOTEL ROOM AT MIDNIGHT IN DOWNTOWN L.A. I WILL SUE THEM AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO OTHER PEOPLE AND I WILL NEVER USE BOOKING.COM AGAIN. However, I DID DROP THE ACCESS KEYS AT THE FRONT DESK LOBBY AND TRY TO PAY THE PARKING FEES BUT THE PERSON AT THE DESK REFUSE TO TAKE THE CASH.

the room was terrible and the staff were difficult to get ahold of. the room had broken chairs, few dishes and cookware and everything was run down. it wasn't luxury at all. plus there's an additional $500 deposit that I had to ASK to get returned even though I left the place exactly as I found it.

It's a hassle to have to coordinate with the hosts to meet to collect the keys. You have to time things right and I much prefer to just get a key from a front desk.

When I first walked in there were no wash cloths but they brought me some 15 minutes later and after that perfect.

The cleaning was ver very bad. I found in the bathroom of the principal bedroom small cockroaches. The curtain in the principal bedroom was really dirty also the windows.

Nice location, good facilities.

Rooms were very clean. Checkin/out was easy and fast. Host was very responsive of any of our needs. Beautiful view of downtown. Basketball court and pool with amazing view of downtown too! Nice balcony. All in all exceeded my expectations.

Communication was terrible! Telephone number given was a non-working number. emails went unanswered until less than 24 hours before arrival. Demanded a $500 CASH deposit 24hours before arrival that was not mentioned earlier. Told me less than 24hours before arrival that there was an extra charge for late check in. I had to call booking.com to make sure this listing was legitimate. Would not recommend this property because of their poor communication and business practice.

Facility and location. Staffs are friendly

Very difficult to arrange with the host for the keys. Need to make multiple phone calls. Things inside the house are old and malfunction. Not enough utensils to do simple cooking. Refrigerator (freezer malfunction). Shower head kept falling off. Light bulbs fused. And yet asking for premium for the rental.

Check in took an hour, person did not come on time,and when she did come sheforgot the fob for parking. Had to drag my luggage in the rain to the other side. My key worked for a different apartment on accident and I was able to go all the way inside and someone else else was there. Means someone else can just go in mine, so I took my luggage everywhere. They made a closet I to the second bedroom, which had sliding closet doors that didn't really close. Several things were broken, including lights, door don"t close. outlet has open wires, refrigerator seal, wifi did not work on any of our devices. Response time for the issues was more than 24 hours and nothing was fixed. The refund for the deposit had to be sent via Venmo and they took 3 weeks to send back when it is supposed to be 7 days.

this property was really nice all the amenities I will definitely recommend this stay… I will be back soon
