The shower
The beds seemed lumpy and the counters where they keep the food was full of construction dust. They rent out their lobby so it was quite noisy. The conditioner and shower gel bottles were empty

The bathroom handle for the faucet fell off there was painters tape all around our bed the elevators did not work it was just a major inconvenience for all of us in our party

After staying 10 days with two rooms I was told by Marriott that no rewards would be given due to the fact that I was giving a echannel rate to which I was not aware. In addition, when I checked in, I gave my rewards number to which I confirmed points would be rewarded. To only get turned down by Marriott even though I am an abassador Titanium Elite level member.

Folks are always friendly and I love that they allow pets too.
The price we paid was crazy high for some reason ($350), but it is what it is.

LOCATION.
Cost for parking/day. Other areas were much cheaper and there is no incentive to stay if the price is so high to park your vehicle. $20/day!

The hotel was great but the area was a little rough. I will probably try to stay in a different area if I come back to South Bend.

Check in attendant was friendly
Maid service did not come. We called day 2. Asked for towels and toilet paper since they did not come. No visit. No apologies.

lobby very nice. updated decor. nice glass shower. great locAtion right in downtown. plenty of rooms on Christmas Eve. free parking structure conveniently connected to elevators.
pretty pricey. rooms could use a microwave.
