Nuestro cuarto no tuvo servicio de housekeeping el primer día. Lo informamos y nos dijeron que enviarían a alguien. Al regresar en la noche vimos que solo habían estirado la cama y cambiado las toallas. Toda la basura seguía ahí y el baño no había sido limpiado. Al reclamar en recepción nos dijeron que todo el personal de housekeeping estaba muy ocupado ; ni ofrecieron disculpas, pésimo servicio

It was in a central location for our visit to Notre Dame University. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly and courteous too! I would definitely stay here again and also recommend.

Limpeza! Péssima, mal arrumam a cama direito. Deixam toalhas limpas e retiram o lixo. Reclamei na recepção que falou q poderia solicitar arrumaçao. Porque não informam no ato do check in?

It is a beautiful addition to South Bend. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. It offers options that weren't available before. The location is perfect.

the suite was spacious and clean. We loved the reception in the each evening. The cook to order breakfast was delicious. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay ❤️
The parking garage is in a separate building.

the property was clean
the pool was closed for maintenance so my kids were completely disappointed.
there was a large group of kids running up and down the hall screaming for the first hour we were there.
there was no coffee in our room at all.
breakfast didn’t start until 7:30 so that was disappointing as well since we had to leave at 7am
