everything was great about especially management!

The place is very clean and modern.
Renovating. No roof top terrace. The room only had a small round table and 4 chairs. No place to sit and relax. Not as shown on the website.

Very clean, Gregoria was very helpful, friendly and hard working to make sure I had a comfortable stay. Diana also sent me information on things to do and places to eat in Mazatlán. Everyone here is very nice, friendly and welcoming. The location is amazing, close to the beach and many restaurants/bars. But it is also very quiet!

Location was great.
Staff is nice and attentive.
The room was nice and kept clean for the most part.
They only have certain hours where there’s someone at the property that can help you if you need anything. Sometimes it was hard to reach someone when I needed something out of service hours, but once I got a hold of someone they were quick to help me out.
