The View and property looks all fancy from outside .

Well, upon arrival, after waiting about 5 minutes to enter the property and being questioned by security if I booked or not actually screaming over the gate instead of opening. We finally get inside where there is no reception or anyone expecting us. The same security tell us to wait for someone. A man arrives and has us wait another odd 15 minutes to find the key of our room , not forgetting the speedpoint for us to pay . We are then demanded a R800 refundable cash deposit of which we were not notified about. When asking them to open the gate for us to leave , he then finds the key and want us to stay as he would loose out on a fee for the room . After about a half an hour of extremely unprofessional service, my physical card is then taken and all card details is recorded as he mentioned they need proof that I made the payment myself. Really odd and a first for me. Then we are escorted to our room by this man Upon checking in to my room the bedding was stained and really unwelcoming , the thought of what was on the bedding had my wife pull out a throw in our luggage and we barely slept comfortable. At around midnight a random loud knock on our door and when I answered the door , no one was there , a really huge problem for someone who just fell asleep after a long day at work. This dynasty property group really needs to do something about their management, security at the gate , about just everything that's important to a guest that just paid a full price for a nights stay . Highly disappointed.

The guard refused to use generator says diesel to expensive entire Saturday night and part of Sunday no electricity couldn't charge our mobile couldn't make tea or breakfast
