Central heating temperature could not be adjusted, so we had to play with the radiators valves so the apartment would not be too warm.

Very helpful and responsive staff. Location is oerfect. We eould have enjoyed our stay if it wasnot for the terrible smell in the room.

There was a terrible smell of something burnt and we had to stay one night in this smell untill we could shift the next day to another apartment. They should not have rented out the apartnent to us in this condition and then moving us to a smaller apartment although we had paid for the larger one

A beautiful, clean and well-appointed flat at the heart of the Florence touristic area. It was a pleasure to stay there. The staff were also super-helpful and responsive to all of our questions.

Very spacious, nice apartment, close to everything.

I suppose that a bigger apartment was divided on two smaller, and there is a wooden door between them, practically with no isolation. We could hear everything from the apartment next to us. The elevator is very loud too, we barely slept all night.

I chose this location blindly only worrying about being on that side of the Arno. The room was very clean and had all of the required features, I would suggest this location to friends. Valentina was helpful and sent some young men to support our access, keys and rules.

Our host Valentina was amazing. From the initial communications prior to us arriving to our departure, nothing was a problem for Valentina. Edoardo met us to handover the keys and explain various things about the apartment and was a lovely young man. The apartment and the facilities were great and the size of the lounge area was so good for relaxing and entertaining. The location was great and the view from the balcony was awesome. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here as Valentina will certainly do her best to make your stay a wonderful experience.

The place was clean and the location is great! The staff was helpful and friendly. Having a washing machine was also very helpful.

Not much to add to other reviews. Very high standard, very clean, very comfortable. We even got a baby bed for our toddler. Great location. With a bit of a view ;)

We were delayed due to the terrible parking situation (don't go there by car if you can avoid it). Our host had to leave the apartment to give someone else their keys and so we had to wait for them for 45 minutes. If we hadn't been able to enter the house after some other tenants, we would have had to wait on the crowded street with an overtired toddler.

lovely apartment, well furnished and equipped. Clean and well serviced. Location is quite fantastic. View is a very big plus with the small cute terrace. The check in was smooth and when I faced a small problem they were ready to help immediately.

Location was perfect; central and adjacent to Ponte Vecchio plus a great supermarket and gelateria were seconds away.”. The apartment was very large and spacious with all mod cons. Large en-suite bathrooms, air con, TV etc. even had a small balcony with views over the river… great value for money!

An oven and / or toaster and draining board would have been useful when home cooking.

Lovely apartment in a very good location right across the Ponte Vecchio. Very spacious and clean. Great amenities including AC, wifi, kitchenette. Perfect for a family of 4. Host was very pleasant.

-many Breakfast options around this property walking distance- from small cafes to 5 star hotels -good supermarket just next door in case it's needed -2 minutes walking to Ponte vecchio

The location is perfect. In the center, but not on a busy street. It’s impeccably clean and has everything you might need. Valentina is so nice. Always available and so helpful. We were traveling with a car and Valentina arranged everything for the garage which is right next to the apartment. Definitely if I go again to Firenze I will come back here
