Our host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The apartment is beautiful, clean and nicely laid out with a separate bedroom and pullout couch in the living area. The apartment is located within a 5 minute walk to the Champ de L'Elysee and Metro which provided access to all of the Paris attractions and notable venues. It was just a 25 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and Regional Train to Versailles.

Location was wonderful, right near a main metro stop, clean and quiet apartment with many amenities

the ac unit could be a little stronger. luckily the time we went wasn’t too hot. I think it could be a problem if it is hot.

The apartment was clean and virtually had everything that one could wish from a good hospitable host. Convenient access to shops , supermarket, parking, metro. The host kept a good line of communication and the entire process of finding an apartment , checking in and out was efficient. Thank you

Clean, freshly decorated with great attention to detail, luxury feel, complete, comfortable. Some coffee (coffee cup machine), tea, sweets soap etc. provided which makes you feel welcome. Great location with direct metro connection to the main tourist destinations near the Seine a 3 minute walk and the Charles de Gaulle-Etoille metrojunction nearby.

As a noice sensitive person the streetfacing bedroom did not work for me (Paris...) but no problem I found the sleeping couch in the livingroom very comfortable. Owner might consider fixing the airco, the building keeps the heat out pretty well so I was okay with outside temperatures at 29/30 degrees but I was glad it didn't get any warmer.

Amazing experience from the beginning (meeting the host and collecting keys), to Rayan's thoughtfulness and attention to details, making our stay really feel like a second home in Paris, with everything we needed available in the apartment (full kitchen, bathroom and cosmetic accessories, washing machine!, extra sheets, pillows, closet space, Nespresso + chocolates for morning boosts, etc). And then, there's the exceptional LOCATION (within 100 steps to Champs-Elysees, and two blocks from the Arc de Triomphe), on a quiet street. Will come again.

All good. Lots of nice tea and coffee, more than enough for my stay even with 2 tea course per day. Kitchen accessories are available for big group, i think.

The bedroom bed was great. But the sofa bed is very uncomfortable.

No AC.
