This adorable house was perfect. Right on the beach and close to great food and Pier Park. Loved the decor and the house was spotless. Great communication with owners I would love to stay here again when we travel back to PCB.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea La Vie. Everything was well stocked in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Beach access is right outside the backyard. Quite and serene. Perfect relaxation setup. Only one thing that I would recommend is to add a separate thermostat for upstairs and allow for windows and patio doors to be opened while the other thermostat is active.

We had an amazing time at your place. So clean, beds very comfortable and plenty of room.

We had an amazing stay! The property is nicely updated, has so many amenities, was clean, and was in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked and the owners even included beach towels and chairs. The owners were also great with communication (checked in to make sure we had everything we needed). We can't wait to return!

This place was awesome! It was right on the beach. Location was great and the views were amazing! The host was so friendly and easy to work with. Can’t say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

There were 9 of us on this Bachelorette Trip and this place was PERFECT! Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and with 9 women we never ran out of hot water which was a plus! This place was beautiful and right on the beach. We brought a lot of our own things like chairs, etc but wouldn’t have needed them because they had everything. Location is also perfect for going out, eating and shopping. Will definitely use them again next time we are in PCB.

We really enjoyed our stay at this breathtaking property. The house was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The views from this home is truly breathtaking.

The property is beautifully clean and comfy, well appointed and the view is just fabulous! We will come again after the beach re-nourishment is finished and the equipment is moved away. The Owner was upfront about the equipment being present, and we really appreciated that! Even still, the view and sound of the beach right on the deck is terrific. The location is great - a neighborhood not a tourist destination. Just what we wanted for our adult family get away. The bunk beds are a bit short for 6'+ young men, but the couch pulls out and made a comfy bed for him! The Owner was gracious and exceptionally communicative - and we greatly appreciate staying in this lovely townhouse.

Let me start off by saying that “Sea La Vie” is beautifully furnished, fully equipped with all the appliances you’ll need, and it was impeccably clean! There are several modern updates to this property that makes it look and feel brand new. The views from both balconies are breathtaking! Plenty of outdoor seating with a partially covered patio which was perfect for the rainy days. There was an outdoor storage chest that was full of items should kids wish to use them on the beach or in the water. Location is only minutes away from Pier Park, our favorite restaurants, and nearby shopping. This other part I will add but it does not take away from or discredit my review of the property itself. Panama City Beach was starting an 8 mile beach restoration process that just so happened to start the week of our arrival. Sea La Vie was the dumping ground for all the large rusty pipes, equipment, and heavy machinery. The owner was good about informing us as she heard news of what was going on. Another thing was that construction started to the house right next door after our first night there. This we were unaware of. We were woken up every morning at 6:00am to the sound of hammering, drilling, beeping, and metal clanking. I do not blame the owner for this whatsoever as she/they are not responsible, nor could they change the fact that the beach restoration interfered with our trip. I will however comment that I believe we should have received some sort of nightly credit, discount, or partial refund. The owner did offer us a full refund the day before our check in date but we had family flying in so that wasn’t an option for us to cancel a day before. There was a group of women that checked in next door to us. They told us that their owner gave them a credit of $50/night in hopes of them not canceling vs their unit being empty for the entire week due to all the construction. I feel that some sort of compensation would have been the best thing in this case. Again, none of these effects my rating of the property itself. The owner was very friendly to work with, but it would have been nice to have received a small discount for all the troubles we went through while staying here. Knowing we paid full price but didn’t have the direct beach access we paid for, blocked views, and constant noise took away from our overall trip. Overall, Sea La Vie is a beautiful property with amazing views and features. I would consider staying here again in the future!

Excellent Excellent Excellent !!!!! The property is for sure a gem.The house was equipped with everything. It was spotless clean and the view was amazing. Beach is just foot steps away from the house and very convenient. More than the property, host Lisa won our hearts. Her hospitality and communication was great. So far out of all the vacation rentals we have been to, Lisa and her property cannot match anyone. I would strongly recommend anyone who is looking for beach front vacation home. This is the place. Everyone in family just had to say one thing throughout our stay, "THIS IS AMAZING". Thank You Lisa for making our small vacation end with big and sweet memories to cherish life long.

This rental couldn’t have been better. Lisa was a amazing host, easy to communicate with and so sweet. The place was super clean and was just like the pictures. We had our wedding here and it was perfect. The house was full of love and laughter the whole time! Lisa keep in contact and as well as her friends who own the place next door the whole time, everyone was so helpful. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.
