Our family of eight enjoyed five wonderful, active days of hiking, biking, swimming and sightseeing in Mammoth, enhanced by our stay in this Snow Creek Townhouse, which met all of our needs but could use some tweaking to make it even better. First, while the townhouse displayed two or three wine-related posters on its wall, the kitchen had no decent wine glasses in the cupboard--only cheap champagne flutes, totally inappropriate for red or even white wine consumption. We had to go out and buy wine glasses for our dinners. Second, we are accustomed to VRBO's providing shower and bathroom supplies-- soaps, shampoos, etc. This rental came with one small dosage of those items, requiring us to go out and buy supplies for each of the four bathrooms. For the amount we paid, one would think that it would come with the basic supplies. Same comment about lack of dish clothes, laundry soap and cleaning supplies. Despite these annoying short-coming, we thought this was a very good place for our entire family to stay.

The facility was stellar as was the location being so close to Eagle Lodge. The views were breathtaking especially the backyard being so open to the elements. This winter will be a memory burned forever in our minds. Thank you!

This is a comfortable property Ina great location. This home is close to grocery stores and major roads to get to the highway and the mountain. The beds are very comfortable and we had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. The management company was responsive via text and phone, which I appreciated.

A beautiful house even larger than appears in pictures. Our extended family of 8 adults and 4 young children was a good fit. Well maintained in a picturesque location in lovely neighborhood.. Only drawback is a late check/in of 5:00 which is very difficult for families with young children.

Our initial arrival details had the wrong address on it. We stood outside the wrong house for an hour trying to get in while the customer service department would not answer our calls. Once we got into our house it was really nice. There was quite a bit of snowfall during our stay, but the house didn't have a shovel to shovel the driveway. We had to go buy our own shovel. The organization also had our check out day wrong. Once we left we were charged with an additional cleaning fee on top of the already hefty existing cleaning fee. This additional fee was for not doing some of the dishes and for not taking a few trash bags out to the garbage that was covered in 4 feet of snow. Kind of a joke. But still a nice house.

We stayed at this property with two other families and it was just perfect. It was big enough so everyone had their own rooms and the common areas were spacious. Everything worked well & there were enough dishes for everyone in our party (that’s rarely happens)! It was just a short drive to the grocery store and to town. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a great time staying at this property. Everything was as described in the listing and the property manager was responsive. I would recommend this spot for anyone with a large group with dogs.

We selected this property for our wedding weekend. It was a beautiful property, accurately advertised and allowed all of us an extremely comfortable stay. Everything was very clean, and spacious which allowed us to have great get togethers in the living room and kitchen area, but also provided privacy away from others when needed.
My only wish is that check in could have been slightly earlier then 5 so we could unpack and not rush out to dinner, but we knew going in that was the policy. In addition, we ran out of toilet paper, Kleenex and paper towels our last night there (10 people stayed for three nights total). We don't mind running out to grab our own supplies, but we reached out to the management company to inquire about a back up supply, and didn't receive a response until the morning. They apparently only respond during office hours- which was fine in this situation, but could have been an issue in case of an emergency like a pipe burst, ect. Overall I would stay at this property again and everyone was very happy with their stay.

It didn’t take ling for the family members to find their spot in the house as if it is as meant for them. What lovely living/ family room it has. Enjoyed the quality family time with three different generations.

This was beautiful house. It was very spacious and comfortable.
The house was very well supplied with kitchen items. Beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was very safe. The view from the balcony was fantastic. Plenty of wildlife behind the house. Deer and coyotes. Just need to keep a eye on your dogs with coyotes running around out back I never had a problem with them. It would of been nice if the house had air conditioning. It got a bit toasty in the mornings. We brought plenty of fans. The lighting was beautiful for my daughters pre-wedding photos. I would definitely stay here again !!!!

Serene and relaxing location
Wished the dishwasher worked properly. Knowing it was Christmas, we did not expect anyone to show up to fix it. But the handyman did visit on the day prior and the day after but could not repair it.

We stayed for 4 nights with a large group that included small children. It was GREAT, definitely exceeded our expectations.
The townhome hit it out of the park, providing everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked, updated and clean. The bathrooms were clean with nice water pressure and a large tub. Plenty of towels provided and a second batch delivered after a couple days. The view from the balcony was spectacular and the bbq worked well. The beds were comfy and the rooms had lots of storage space for unpacking our bags. The great room had well thought out window coverings for blocking harsh morning sun, easy to use TVs, pool table, comfy and clean couches and chairs for watching movies.
The only critical feedback I would offer to the owners is that the dining chairs, though cute, are extremely top heavy. Children and adults alike had issues with them starting to tip over several times. It felt like an accident waiting to happen.
Overall, we had an amazing time. It was great for the kids and great for the grownups. We all agreed we would definitely return.

I stayed in this beautiful, inviting, and family friendly condo with my family in March. The condo was clean, well stocked, and spacious. Our kids had a great time playing in the snow and the adults made use of the pool table. Our backyard had magnificent view of the mountains and landscape. Staff was professional and replied very promptly. We enjoyed every aspect of this home. It was a fantastic getaway!

The house was spacious, clean and well-laid out and suited our family very well. The pool table in the main living area as well as spaciousness on the main floor allowed us to be together as a large group.
