The location was absolutely stunning with the deck overlooking the crocodile river. The house itself was well stocked with all items we could have needed, and were practically situated. The caretaker and the cleaning staff were absolutely incredible with the speed they work, but also the friendliness. The beds were comfortable, and mosquito nets were provided. The gas stove and braai area made cooking during load shedding very easy, and the dishwasher was a must have! The bathrooms and bedrooms were well cleaned and maintained. Everything you could want in a holiday home is provided from ice machine to boma area to lots of comfortable seating and a lovely well maintained pool. We had a memorable week here!

The one bathroom had drainage issues which made showering in the one shower slightly difficult. The app indicates that there is air conditioning but this is only present in two of the bedrooms and even with fans it was very hot in the other bedrooms without it.

Very run down and dirty. Left over food in cupboards. Had to clean out cupboards before we moved in. Cockroaches everywhere!Definitely not sanitised and does not comply with COVID regulations at all. The deck is a safety hazard as the planks could give in at any time. On arrival we only got access to the property at 15:30. Beds on the deck not made up and no mosquito nets. Intermittent hot water supply. Property very overgrown and unmaintained. Nothing like the pictures!!!!

The property was filthy, with floors grimy and raw egg running down the built in cupboard door. It seems champagne was sprayed against the bedroom wall. Two beds had dirty linen, never replaced after previous occupation. Outside mosquito nets were torn and beds could not be used, an exciting feature supposed to be. As I am a regular user of booking.com for both local and international travel and still have one outstanding booking for December, I have a real concern about my upcoming holiday. I will most likely not make use of this site if my December booking is disappointing in the smallest way.

The view and peaceful surroundings made it unforgettable. The many sightings of animals across the river and at the boundary fence of the KNP made for a great experience. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful location.

We loved everything about the property, it has the most beautiful view and it was very relaxing.
