I think they should train the guard more, he’s occasionally very rude and he never opens the gate he requires clients to open on their own which is just not right.
Our stay this time around was okay with no problems at all.
the ladies on duty were very nice compared to the ones who were there the previous time I went to Palm Villa.

I had booked 2 months before and reservation was confurmed. Upon arrival I was told they were fully booked. The lady who attended to me called the manager who failed to resolve the issue, I had to wait for more than an hour she kept saying will call you back in 5mins. I had to leave and went to a hotel.
They overbooked, no accomodation for me.

They over booked the facility and we ended up stranded at night Despite us having Booked 2 weeks before the wedding and contacted them to confirm that we were coming.

It is truly home away from home. Very clean and lovely staff. Location is great!
The check in process could be better. Noone explained how things work...and the gate needs to be automated or manned at all times.

The property is very nice and homey, with a nice comfortable bed.

Direction on GPS is very bad it's destination is not on the right address needs to be upgraded

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The owner also organized a cab driver to drive us to the airport at 5am, and he was right on time.
Heaters in the rooms would have been appreciated as it was cold and some rooms don't get any sun.
The owner should check the booking app more frequently and be better prepared for the guests' arrival.
Online payments would have been appreciated as well.
