The views were breathtaking. Everything was immaculate and serene. Hosts were kind and made us feel so welcomed.

The furniture could definitely do with some updating, not completely uncomfortable, but just needs a little look into it.

The gentlemen at security was rude when asking to open the glass door ( i forgot my key in the room when i went out quick)

From checking in to checking out, it was a very good experience. Nadia made us feel very welcome. The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed, exceptional views, and was conveniently located.

There was not one thing I can complain about.

The scenery is beautiful and location nice and central with everything in walking distance.

The lift was out of order and Nadia did not inform us in advance. My husband was recovering from a knee injury and his knee ended up swelling with some pain and discomfort. The shower was not clean and we bathed instead...also had a problem with mosquitos.

1. Financial "penalty" of R350 for "late" arrival 2. Only one Magnetto light to use over load shedding . Other battery lantern light was of no use 3. Couch in TV area is almost equivalent to sitting on the floor 4. Lift did not work/reduced functionality over the entire period of 5 night stay 5. No cork screw opener could be found 6. Host/Nadia came across as unfriendly and de-motivated in the role she was performing 7. There could have been better supply of amenities ....batroom sink handwash ran empty , no soap in the shower 8. It would have been nice to have more 2 pin plugs/adaptors for phone and re-chargeable light charging in the common use areas

Everything was amazing

Lovely view and it had everything we needed. However it is described as “luxury” and I disagree with that, I would call it “comfortable” which it was: especially the extremely comfortable bed! But the sofa is tired and elderly, the furnishings are “beach style” rather than luxury.

Our only problem was with electricity (general SA problem - loadshedding) and water/lift. This was beyond the control of the owner.
