Incredible views, great location, well appointed and furnished.

No ability to cast from phone to TV (very minor detail!)

not appointed well at all. Not enough towels, dishwasher tablets or laundry powder. basics not covered. tv didn’t work in the master bedroom and bbq was not working.

proximity to beach and amazing views

electrical problems with most appliances, stained walls and window treatments - looks run down with frayed bedding and no phone number provided to reach customer service. Having to rely on email responses is not satisfactory customer service.

we arrived and the buggy was not there. then we were given a single set of keys without pool access. had to wait a second day to get the access to pool. basically poor communication between staff onsite and office.

Ants in kitchen on arrival. Televisions in bedrooms don’t work. Some of the furniture is run down.

The location was great

Beds were lumpy, the tv in the master doesn’t work and there could have been more essentials on arrival as in no soap or no corkscrew to open a bottle of wine

The apartment was incredible, 10 out of 10, but cleanliness maybe only 8 out of 10 but still acceptable and would definitely stay again.

View was incredible. Location was excellent. Master bedroom suite was lovely. Beautiful kitchen. Pool area was stunning.

TV in master bedroom didn't work properly. Not enough detergent for the dishwasher and binliners for kitchen bin for a 5 night stay - just annoying having to go and buy these supplies.

The bed in main bedroom was terrible with no spring or support. The sofa was terrible with all cushion support non existent. Dining chairs had no cushion support either, all need replacing. We advised we had two infants and there were no cots or high chairs in apartment. Luckily we took one cot and other baby slept on cushion on the floor. They did bring us a high chair when requested. Downstairs toilet had an old watermark which hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. Location and views were great, deck size was great.

The location was first class. Magnificent views and very spacious and modern apartment. Kitchen was well equipped. Size of rooms was good. Use of golf cart was great. Would definitely come back.

The beds were quite hard, particularly the king bed in the downstairs main bedroom.....very firm with poor pillows. There was also not enough soap or toilet paper for a family for 5 nights. Parts of the apartment didn't look to have been cleaned. Minor issues though given the lovely apartment and wonderful location. We also received next to no information upon pick up and check in, other than to ring the number on the keyring if we had any questions. I tried to contact the number provided to ask for late checkout with the phone going to messagebank numerous times before I was simply hung up on. Only after a certain time did it divert to another number where my request was quickly declined. Didn't think this would be a big deal, particularly that I know the cleaners did not enter the property until after 11am on the day we left.

The location on Hamo is great with the outlook over dent island and all the boats coming and going from the very large and practical balcony.

Faults edge 4 All the smoke detectors were Missing from their holders. The Left tap in upstairs ensuite is leaking. Microwave oven button jams preventing operation. Vent above upstairs bed hanging down. No broom preventing ease of sweeping. Window over servery from kitchen to balcony does not close/lock. We had to put an obstacle to prevent banging in the wind. Both toilet seats loose. Laundry blind doesn’t work. No oven mits One tea towel for the week. Upstairs door isn’t aligned properly. Coffee pod machine frother doesn’t heat milk. Aircond signs say to use the remote once the unit is on, but there is no remote. Overall apartment has great bones but has been neglected, which is disappointing when top dollar has been paid And discovered it is available cheaper elsewhere rather than booking.com which was also disappointing.

so well appointed - nearly everything we could have needed was there. we very much appreciated the consideration of kitchen and pantry items. furnishings were fantastic quality and super comfortable

the stairs down to the unit were about the only downside- I had my elderly parents staying with me and this was a bit tricky.

The location is unbeatable and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. Having the main bedroom downstairs is also a plus.

This apartment is tired and in desperate need of new furniture and a paint. The BBQ was rusted through and not in working order, we were able to contact the property maintenance and a new one was delivered after we discovered the rust but we really shouldn’t have had to discover it. The outdoor furniture was torn and very old looking as was the inside furniture. There is mould on the kitchen ceiling and the fridge has large rusted areas on the doors.

Upon arriving, our unit was not ready and we had to wait an extra half hour for the girls to finish cleaning which was quite an inconvenient start to our holiday. Unfortunately the sheets appeared to be 'short sheeted' and stains were found on all the coverlets and pillowcases which was disgusting. We advised the manager of this and sent photos and we heard nothing back from him. We had to wash all of the sheets and remake all the beds on the first night. Not what you expect for a $5K stay. We were surprised that the kitchen wasn't stocked very well with the essentials and mis-matched items. The unit view is obviously spectacular which is what you're paying for but this particular unit at Edge, we would not recommend again.

Beautiful property ! Spectacular views - Super clean ! Convenient location - close to restaurants and bars.
