The Birthday vacation was beautiful—Special Thanks to the staff for going over and above to make this a memorable vacation.

For the money it needs updating, curtains hanging half on half off, rusty shower rods , unit will freeze up if you turn it down past 72, filter was awful, NASTY!!!! Sliding door in bedroom does not open without a fight. Not enough towels for everyone without washing all the time.

Location was great. Close to pier park. Never got in the car after arriving. 2nd year in a row we rented this room

The beach chair rental should have been included.

The Calypso Towers is in a great location and the property itself is nice. Ample parking, security guards highly visible, clean grounds and facilities. Friendly and capable staff.

The room we were in 2-504 was blah. Few decorations, needed paint. Mattresses were old, sagging, and uncomfortable. Furniture was old and dirty with visible stains. One tub wouldn't drain.

It was right on the beach. The balcony over looked the pool and ocean.

Our condo was very nice but the parking deck situation is horrible. First I never received my parking codes, had to call two times to get them, then every single time we entered and exited the codes didn't work. According to the desk staff this happens all the time. Had to call security to let us in and out every time we left or entered. It gave me great anxiety and it ruined my trip to a large degree.

The parking deck situation needs to be addressed and corrected. For that reason, I will never stay at the Calypso again. At the very least a security person should permanently be located at the entry area so you don't have to hold up traffic to get someone to come override and let you in/out. THen of course because it has been overridden it shows you are still in the parking deck so you have to call AGAIN. A most discouraging situation so bad that I will not stay at Calypso because of the parking deck problem.

I like the Calypso in general and all the activities for rent ( paddle board, jet ski, etc) I like that it’s walking distance to Pier Park

The condo was nothing special A unit that sleeps 9 but 7 chairs for dinner total.
