Host Laura was super helpful; always available when I had a question or need. It’s right next Ayala Mall; lots of coffee shops.

The room was clean and they had cleaning service daily. Towels were changed daily. The property manager was responsive.

I had a very lovely stay at Ortigas Inn, the room was always tidy and smelling good.

The check in was very smooth after sending all necessary documents via email, the assistant of the owner came to welcome me at the lobby.

Ms. Laura, the owner, is a superb host. She makes you feel at home, and she can easily be approached should you have concerns or requests.

There were a few strands of hair in carpet and bathroom.
