Spent two nights in the area while touring colleges. Great location near Church street but just far enough away to enjoy quieter atmosphere. Apartment is huge - pictures didn’t do it justice.. plenty of space to relax.. most comfortable couch! Great kitchen with all the basics you need. Entire apartment was clean. Linens and towels were provided and beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. Easy check in process. I appreciated the k cups of coffee and shampoo ( I forgot to bring!). Would definitely stay here again!

The location is wonderful; I walked to close by food each night. The space is great sized, very clean. Great kitchen I didn't even get to use but it had everything. Would absolutely stay there again!

We loved our stay here! It was very clean, comfortable, and cozy! Would definitely recommend this place! The only downside was that it was close to the airport so you can hear the planes often and some traffic from the street but that was pretty minor, I felt.

Our Winooski VT rental for 3 nights was perfect for us. We could walk to several restaurants and it was central to places we wanted to visit. The unit itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. I would recommend this rental.

This is our second time staying in this apartment while visiting our daughter at UVM. The apartment is spotless, spacious, and a great location. The beds are comfy as is the couch!
The internet access is excellent as my husband and I both had to work remotely one of the days. No issues with connecting at all.
The owner is always responsive and we were even given a late checkout when requested.
Next week we will be staying in a different apartment at the same location since this one is not available. And I’m sure it’ll be just as wonderful a stay.

This is a great place to stay, really cleaned when we arrived. Rooms are big (bigger than what we thoutgh). Everything is near and only 10 minutes from Burlington. Would not hesitate to recommand it !!

A great base of operations for exploring Burlington and the surrounding area. Close to coffee and restaurants, just a few minutes from Burlington's busy waterfront. Clean and comfortable, and super responsive property manager.

As others here have mentioned, the apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Great location, convenient to both downtown Burlington and the highway. Amenities like washer/dryer and full kitchen were very helpful. We had a wonderful stay!

This rental is located within walking distance of the quaint restaurants and shops of downtown Winooski. It is also within close proximity of the UVM campus. We found the unit to be clean, comfortable and well-appointed! Would definitely recommend and look forward to future visits.

Place was super clean and inviting. Everything was thought of.. from kitchen utensils to towels to cleaning supplies. A close, easy drive to downtown Burlington. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Perfect location for our daughters graduation. This apartment had all the amenities we needed. Spacious living room/kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of parking and easy access to the highway. We will definitely stay again when visiting friends and family in the area.

Lovely comfortable flat in the heart of Winooski. Ideal location with walking distance to restaurants and craft breweries. Ten minute drive to downtown Burlington.

We liked this property very much for our family of 3. Plenty of space to spread out, eat meals and hangout. Space was clean and well equipped. I will note that the property in in the flight path of the nearby airport with Air National Guard. Was noisy at times especially with the military planes. It did not bother us as we had a fantastic view of the jets from the master bedroom window!! Some may not be as keen to it. We would stay again!!

The apartment had a fully stocked kitchen which I loved. Beautiful hardwood floors, bright, airy and spacious. The couch was challenging (the Velcro kept ripping my hair and the couch slid apart consistently) other than that I would stay there again without question!

We had a nice 4 night getaway. Beautiful area. Apartment is spacious and furnished well. Airport nearby with planes flying over at times, but not bothersome at night for sleeping.

The apartment was super clean and had a simple modern boho feel. I appreciated the stackable washer and dryer. The location was perfect! Down town Winooski and all the shops bars and cafe were walkable.

Comfy place clean bright. Near airport and busy street though so light sleeps (like me) be aware. Neighborhood is really cool walkable and the falls are beautiful.

Upon arriving, the unit is much bigger than it looked in pictures. It was very clean and comfortable. To warn though, planes fly over regularly so bring your white noise. This is obviously not the fault of the property and we still slept well.

This was a lovely gem of an apartment. We loved the space and cleanliness of the property. It was convenient to local restaurants and had easy access to highways. Our first experience with VRBO, but it won’t be our last. Very easy to book, check-in, and check-out.
