They can't provide an official receipt for my stay. So simple thing but can't provide.
They ask me to get it from Booking.com myself.
Bunch of foreign workers who are running the hotel front desk whom can't understand their job scope and rude.
Booking.com should ignore this kinda hotels to maintain their reputation.
