The room was just as expected. The staff were very friendly and the location is great.

Room layout and atmosphere was fantastic, likled the decor of the hotel in general.

Breakfast was missing some of the listed items - not sure of this was due to the staffing on the public holiday? Mushroms on toast missing Chorizo. Waffles missing Marscapone and cherries

The staff were next level amazing. On my departure and on arrival, so very polite, kind and caring. Nothing was too much trouble! I loved the gym and the unique the feel of the hotel. The bath tub was next level lux with the wine glasses, would be great to have some alcoholic options to purchase as well. Coffee maker was a great addition.

The bar fridge was not cold, probably needs replacing. The pillows smelt like the last person unfortunately, so a bit yuk. At my $40 breakfast the staff didn't tell me that service was over - it would be great for some warning for guests instead of saying it's closed. Also I was told where to sit. The restaurant was near empty, and I still wasn't able to sit at a window seat, not overly impressed, obviously it was due to the room type, but staff need to consider the situation and act with common sense.

Awesome stay! Room was perfect for us and the views were immaculate esp at night. Staff had the best customer service I’ve ever received. Will be back next month. Best hotel in Auckland and anywhere I’ve been too.

We celebrated our 23rd anniversary at SO, the designs of this facility are stunning, the staff made us feel so welcomed and our kingsize playful room was gorgeous. We will definitely be returning 🌹

The staff were amazing and really welcoming. Our room was so cool, large and comfortable. Location was really good with heaps of food options available and supermarkets

The noise from the construction during the afternoon and our room overlooked the construction site so we had to close our curtains because they could see in our room. We were on the 4th floor so could hear partying till early hours and sirens etc

The room was quite dark & really only had a bed with shower & toilet. We couldn’t Crome Netflix etc. I tried to ring the reception but no one answered which meant I had to go down to reception.

Amazing property - modern, clean and couldn’t have had a nicer experience.

Our air con and lights didnt work all night so we froze, only the lamps worked You coulndt find our info when we got there I feel sick paying $840 for a room for my husbands birthday thinking it will be spectacular You gave us drink vouchers for roof top bar i asked what time it close i was told 11pm went to go up at 10.15 and it was closed Phoned for our car 15 mins before we wanted to leave, i was on the phone for 20 mins, my husband told me to hang up we will just go to reception. All in all so unhappy it took me all year to save for it, staying at home we would of been warmer. We also had to pay $150 for a babysitter. Will not reccomend unless something is done about it but it was the worst stay of my life for the money.

Everything is fantastic

Only the breakfast I would make changes to . It was bad at all just a bit limited. It would be nice to have some really good plantbased options rather than the standard cereal , toast and fruit . Vegan muffins or pancakes something yummy like that Also no allergens or dietary restrictions on the signs

The room size was great.

The pillows were really soft and there were no extras in the room we could try or use.
