Took us over an hour to get in as the lock was broken. I had to call the helpline on my UK mobile phone, which was quite costly. Nobody offered to recompense me for this. The lock was not fixed at all during our stay, so apartment was left unsecured whenever we went out and when we left. There was a dead cockroach in the bath when we arrived and a broken window in the master bedroom which had not been noticed prior to our stay. Our parking space was used by someone else at one point during our stay, meaning we parked in a different space. One of the neighbours then threatened to have us towed. Which was nice of them.

Very big and comfortable appartment. We have an issue with the water heater before arriving and VACASA was awesome and the maintenance people were very friendly, and respectful of property. We thank you very much!

Need to have a cleaner carpet and dinning chairs are worn-out, and can help if they have extra chairs in every bedroom.But other than that is a very nice place!
