The friendly staff and the well equipped rooms.

There was always something wrong... From a full day without internet in the room and also no lights in the room. But the hotel made efforts to tackle that and even offered us a bottle of champagne and change of rooms as a way of apologising.

I booked a pool view as I wanted the quiet of an internal room away from traffic noise. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Very close to the beach and round the corner from a convenience store. The reception staff were very kind and accommodating.

Due to the rooms having tiled floors one could occasionally hear people and furniture from the floor above. But for the most part it was quiet. The pool deck would be more appealing if they had umbrellas.

Some members of the team were exceptionally good, went out of their way to help.

The layout of the room was slightly off.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist Vanessa and the entire breakfast team :) The room is very clean and nicely furnished. The bed is very comfortable and the location is also very convenient. It is 2 min walk from the shopping street and 5-10 min walk from the beach. There are a few restaurants nearby which I highly recommend: Le Bangkok (Asian food) and Mood (Lebanese food). The spa needs to be booked in advance and I enjoyed it.

The room is a bit dark but I think that's the smallest problem :)

Location-great location-3 minute walk to croisette, 5 minute walk to bus (to Nice), 10+ minute walk to train to Monaco Reception-people were friendly & helpful Breakfast-plenty of hot & cold food which were refilled when necessary, good choices of food Pool-able to obtain towels for pool from reception, pool area was clean Room-Ample size, there was a stove top (which I did not use, but could come in handy), coffee maker & teapot available, dishes & silverware available as well as a mini-refrigerator Maid service-did a good job cleaning the room All in all everything was good.

Not applicable-everything was good for my stay.

AC in not cooling, we changed the room but it is the same thing. staff are not friendly at all

The location is fine, they have own parking, staff was friendly.

Bad smell in the room, waiting hours just to check in,

Wide choice of food at breakfast from different types of fruit, yoghurts, bread rolls, croissants, crepes, cakes and pastries, to cold meats, cheeses, smoked salmon, crispy smoked bacon, fluffy scrambled eggs and omelets, fish, lentils and different types of coffee and tea. Superb!

The only issue, which the hotel really couldn’t do anything about, was the presence of some nasty mosquitoes, especially around the pool, apparently a problem currently in Cannes. Suggest taking mosquito repellent.

beds, they put two single to make one double for couples and they moved during the night. I asked if they could make a change and they said they will answer but I got no response.

The staff in the reception was very nice and polite. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

The small poolarea was totally invaded by children. From 2 yrs old to teen-agers. Approx. 20 kids in total. Impossible to relax with all the screaming and balls flying over our heads. The room was very noice due to heavy traffic outside all night.
