The location and the place.
The value of the apartment is too much, its because of the cleaning fee. In the end you need to keep the condo clean and throw the garbage and run the dishes. 😞

The keypad/door was very hard to get open, also even though we paid an $80 cleaning feel we were asked to take out our recycling and garbage/ and load the dishwasher before we left.

Nice and cozy apartment, well equipped, ideal for 2 to 3 people.

The suite was very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. The fireplace and Netflix was great. The underground parking was a bonus. The beds were great, I would highly recommend this property to others.

They responded to my questions/emails very quickly, nice that they accommodated our service dog, had everything we needed to make meals, the same price as a hotel but you get a full condo

The location is walking distance to Town of Canmore. The unit itself has all the items you need for your getaway (cooking utensils, washer/dryer and so much more). The hosts were quick to respond to any enquiries I had.
I was disappointed there was such a tiny view of the wonderful mountains and the temperature in the unit is hard to regulate (not the fault of the owner, but more-so an issue with a complex of this nature).

When I dropped the clicker and went to retrieve it it became obvious that under the bed was very dusty and contained previous renters items. The bed edges were very sharp-both my husband and I have bruises and a cut from bumping into them. Poorly stocked condiments- old oil, no salt. Patio furniture is very rickety. Too few towels. No robes.
