We loved how clean the property was. The staff was very attentive and everyone was very friendly. We enjoyed the excursion and they had a variety of options you could choose from. Our room was very beautiful and clean. We loved how there was always something to do at night. They have live music and events every single night. The weather was beautiful in July and we didn’t have any complaints about how warm it was in the summer.

We were extremely upset with how much some of the staff tried to sell you on packages. They would not leave us alone until we said yes about something. We were promised a couples massage if we accepted eating breakfast with a sales team (not sure what you call them) and an excursion as well. Well unfortunately the couples massage was definitely not free and neither was the excursion. They trick you into thinking that if you have breakfast with a sales rep and listen to their time share offers then you will still get these 2 things for free even if you decline the time share. I was so upset that I spent my whole morning listening to a sales person just to be told that the massage nor the excursion is free. So just beware any people walking around trying to sell you stuff.

The adult pool

The food was terrible, no drinks after 2 AM is ridiculous, no Ubers allowed is insane, I was kept hostage by the hotel because I wanted to leave for a day and they wouldn’t let me. I’d never recommend this hotel unless you want to eat horrible food in the middle of nowhere for a week. It is beach front but can’t access water. False advertising - no ocean access!

No swimmable beaches, pools too shallow made just for having people drinking cocktails all day long. No sport activities. Food quality average.

Staff was super helpful and friendly.

The food wasn’t good at Los Gallos. Maybe think about extending hours at the steakhouse (Torro to be exact) because it’s very difficult to get a table there. Offer wider selection for room service, maybe be able to order from the actual restaurants for room service.

Everything was amazing, we were super surprised by the quality of everything, from the location and rooms, to the food and service

Staff tried to up-sell

Food was amazing and the atmosphere was great.

Needed more bartenders in the pool areas. The bartenders were overworked. They didn’t look pleased to be there.

Our personal assistant - Alan was the bdt part of our stay. He did eveerything possible to make things better even though he was not able to accomodate my family.

The hotel is not famiily freindly. Our room (2604) smelled like marijuana, and where it was located, the noise from parties lasted till midnight everynight.. The main pool was not family friendly. For some reason, the staff did not allow my grandchildren on the water slides. The spa team never once got an appopintment correct and then tried to overcharge us for services.
