Apartman is great, quite place, cozy, comfortable bed, good wifi evrywhere in the building, beautiful view from 16 floor (where's pool), close to everything (with tuktuk), noce neighborhood with good coffe shops.

I didn't have warm water in my bathroom, even when you turn on, nothing happens.

The rooftop pool was amazing, we spent our whole time up there. The staff were friendly enough and let us use facilities after check out. Beds were so comfy too!

We arrived during the election and everything was eerily quiet. Not sure if we were quite far out of the centre or if it was just to do with things being closed

The location is good and near where I wanted to be. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The housekeeping staff were very pleasant. The pool area is nice enough.

The process of extending my stay from 4 nights to 9 nights was unnecessarily complex and inflexible. The hotel staff would not match the Booking.com rate and wanted to charge me the standard hotel rack rate. So, I booked the extra 5 nights through booking.com, and then when that came through they applied a 2% fee for using a credit card. If I had paid through booking.com there would’ve been no such fee. Of course, these are normal things but I just found the whole process to be unnecessarily complex and inflexible. I will be very cautious about doing this again.

This place was perfect! Everything was extremely clean, and the towels and bedding smelt great. The TV had a good number of English speaking channels, the tea/coffee was a nice touch, and the rooftop pool area was amazing. Staff were friendly and professional. I'll return if I'm back in Phnom Penh.

There were free washing machines to use but the drying function didn’t seem to work so we had to drape our clothes in our room to dry but this was not a big deal and overall our stay was perfect!

The pool and the view from the top where the pool is was very nice. The pool and the facilities around it were clean. The staff were very nice.

There were only 4 deck chairs by the pool, which really isn't enough. There is an empty space above the pool area, another terrace, which could be used for a bar or something like that. There was construction work ongoing right next to the hotel. Another tall building is being built which is blocking the view from the rooms.

I really liked my stay at Queen Mansion. You will have a big room with all you need: a really comfy bed, air conditioning, minibar, TV, coffee maker with complimentary coffee bags and tea bags, a private bathroom with shower. Two big windows with city view. On the rooftop there is a beautiful swimming pool and also a gym free to use.

The hotel is located near Russian Market. Honestly I didn't like so much the area and the neighborhood, but with a 15 minutes tuktuk ride you will reach the city centre.

This was a great place to stay in Phnom Penh: the room was clean, the check-in/out process was straightforward and the view from the pool area was stunning.
