Amazing location and so clean!

Large apartment in the middle of the action. Very accommodating hosts

A self catering, well equipped apartment with loads of space and airiness. Location amazing.

It was tricky to work out where appliances could plug in ( hair dryer and iron) until I discovered the kettle had an adapter, so tha could have been explained or have adapters with those appliances too. A small thing but it was a little frustrating at the time.

Host advised us of difficulties in transportation to the area due to recent landslides knocking out rail service. Location was excellent, right in town center with easy access to both train and boat. Apartment was very clean.

The apartment had an odor of smoke, possibly not specific to the apartment, but maybe within the building in general. There were no toiletries provided ( ie shampoo, body wash, etc). Quality of towels was not great.

We loved this apartment and highly recommend it! It's spacious, very comfortable, and in a great location! The host was also very welcoming, helpful, and easy to reach (we used the chat in bookings). Note that if you're exploring the lake, we found that Bellano makes a perfect base, as it's close to everything but out of the way, so it's not too busy. Also, Bellano itself has a very nice charm that makes it quite endearing. Be sure to check out the Pasticceria Lorla for great croissants - just a block away!

Super convenient location. Ferry is across from the street. We can see the ferry office from our windows. Train station is 5 minutes walk. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Staff is very friendly and helpful. She met us in front of the building and kept our luggages for a few hours after we checked out. Rooms are very large. Very well equipped kitchen. Beds are comfortable. It's like a home away home. We enjoyed our stay very much. Wish we could stayed more nights. Highly recommend it!

The host was super kind. She was great to communicate with and was always available to help out. She and her friend went a step ahead and picked us up from the train station when they learnt that my mom who was traveling with me had limited mobility. Her apartment was spacious, comfy beds, excellent kitchen, super gorgeous cutlery. Indeed it was beautiful as the apartment was located right across the pier and there was a halal pizza place right under us (to our pleasant surprise!). Bonus surprise was the Bellano kids' play area which was a 5 minute walk way. I have no regrets choosing Bellano for our stay - we need a non-touristy area on Lake Como with beautiful promenade and flat ground so we could enjoy with our 2 year old who used the stroller. Elisa, thank you for making our trip so memorable, we have nothing but great words and beautiful memories of the place.

The host meet us right in front of the apartment - we did not have to look for the building, etc.
