I loved the location and the suite we very clean.

The Security guards were very unfriendly, however the receptionist was friendly and even explained how we will access our parking. The mini bar fridge freezer needs to be defrosted, there was too much ice and we couldn't use it.

Clare was so attentive and kind, she sorted out any maintenance issues swiftly and made sure we were comfortable and happy, she went the extra mile and we had a lovely stay.

The place was neat ...staff were friendly..I loved the view... closer to sandron city, mandela square..

Suite was clean, spacious and well equipped for a traveler. They have a great restaurant downstairs

The layout, what you see is exactly what you get. The apartment was fully equipped got what I needed easily. Can I recommend this place, absolutely, it has a great view. The codfather restaurant provided me with excellent room service, didn't get a chance to visit the spa, so I will definitely visit the spa on my next stay. They had face cloths and fresh towels a robe would nice for a comfortable evening in.

The wear and tear on the furniture. The cleaning can do with some improvements. Aircon didn't work but the room was quite warm so it was convenient for a winter night.
