The 2 of us enjoyed the location and comfort of this vrbo. It was convenient to hwy 19 for travel to restaurants and other happenings. We cooked and had the basics we needed in the clean open modern kitchen. The bathroom was bit small but capable. The tv remote didn't seem to be the one listed for use in the home manual causing a bit of frustration. An added detailed plan of how it works for non-techies would be helpful. the bedroom was comfortable and good space for our clothes. We used the shaded carport with table and chairs for most of our dining. The floating deck on the canal was nice but a fallen branch overhung disrupting our view. We enjoyed this vrbo and plan to return in our future again. Thank you James and Hong.

We stayed for four nights. We were on the move. So this was just a place to return to at night. It worked out perfectly. Everything was clean, neat, and comfortable.

Clean and tidy little house on the inside. Perfect for 2 adults. The king bed, pillows and bedding were sooo confortable! There are so many food, restaurants and grocery options close by. Sam's Beach Bar (2 min drive) was fun! There is a really cute ice cream shop just 2 doors down from this rental. We fished several times off the dock and did not catch anything, but it was a nice, relaxing place to sit and enjoy the peace.
This rental had everything you need to have a peaceful, relaxed vacation.
Only thing I would say in observation is, the outside landscaping and lawn need some attention. I did bring the need for mowing to the owner's attention. He said he would get on it. Thanks James!

We stayed a month the house was perfect for us. Enjoyed seeing the fluctuations of the water level from tides and storms from the floating dock. Great Italian restaurant and ice cream store in walking distance. I was comfortable walking to Hudson Beach Park, Ollie’s and Sam’s Beach Bar.

Enjoyed the location near Hudson Beach. Needs some updating. Bathroom needs some TLC. TV system hard to use . Loved the ice cream store next door!

Very relaxing
The house was perfect for what we needed, it also had a carport with a gate that we used to put in our wave runners in. Able to walk to the beach if wanted and to ice cream shop for refreshments for our sweet tooth. James is a great host and I look forward to renting his property again

VRBO in Hudson
First time trying VRBO. We loved the entire experience. Home was nicely decorated very clean and in a quiet neighborhood close to Hudson Beach. We walked there to enjoy the sunsets.

Very comfortable stay. Can't beat the value. Highly recommend staying.

Rental by Hudson Beach
Great experience! We walked daily to the Gulf, ate at the many restaurants, listened to great music and snuck over to the ice cream shop at night. Very calming, serene atmosphere.

Wonderful Stay
Everything was just as described on VRBO. The covered floating dock was a great place too spend some down time. You are within walking distance to The Hudson Ice Cream Parlor and Gianni's Restaurant. Two great places!
There is one Tommy Bahama beach chair, a beach umbrella and two bag chairs to bring to the beach. Sun Park West beach is just 10 minutes away.
We found the king size bed very comfortable with plenty of pillows and the kitchen had everything that we needed., There were plenty of dishes and silverware, etc., so it was easy to entertain guests.
Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to a family emergency; however James could not have been more accommodating, which was certainly appreciated.
We have booked the apartment next door for next year, which James also owns. I couldn't be more pleased with our experience.

Beautiful little Cottage
Beauftiful little cottage that has all the amenities anyone would need. Decorated tastefully with just enough wear and tear that made you feel right at home. The kitchen was wonderful to work in and the dock was just the right place for some solitude. All the information was right at hand and James was very easy to contact and got back to me in a timely fashion. Hoping we can make this our place to stay next year.

It worked for us
Location was great. We appreciated a pretty well equipped kitchen; with things like salt and sugar in the cupboard. The dining/living area was comfortable. We appreciated having a washer/dryer available. however the bed was extremely high for someone with knee problems and shorter legs! The bathroom was SMALL!

Good value with a sweet dock
This was a great value for a vacation rental. The house is modest from the outside but it is very well done on the inside. The kitchen was well appointed and the bed extremely comfortable. There is a dock on a canal behind the house and it was a lovely place to have a glass of wine and read a book in a peaceful setting. We would rent this house again if in the area,

Very clean and newly remodeled
Perfect for the two of us. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area. Centrally located less then an hour to airport. If you love kayaking this is the place to be. Would stay again and the price is right.
