Great location, only 5 minute walk to Forsyth Park. I think the home furnishings are a little worn. King bed and queen bed very uncomfortable. Floor was petty dirty, our 2 year old was walking around with no socks and his feet were filthy. Those with socks were dirty as well.

I recently rented this house and I could not be more pleased with the rental. The kitchen was absolutely beautiful, the location was great and the home is spacious for a family, several couples or if you're heading on a girl's trip soon. I loved how easy Lucky Savannah was to work with as well - they were able to accommodate a late check out which was super helpful and were very responsive when I was having trouble opening the lockbox.

I stayed here with my bridesmaids the nights leading up to my wedding and it was the perfect space for us. The bunkbeds were so useful! The main living space and master bedroom were perfect for the morning of the wedding photos. Perfect location! Would definitely love to stay here again :)

The most perfect Airbnb. My girls and I came from a laid back bachelorette and this place was perfect. Lots of bathrooms, open space for decorations, and the perfect location near the park and walking distance to coffee in the morning. Kitchen was amazing, we had a private chef come and it worked flawlessly. Highly suggest!

The home was very clean and modern. I saw another review stating there weren't enough towels or washcloths, there were plenty for us! A set on each bed. The only downside to this space is the bunk bedroom. It is TINY and literally has the beds in the room and that's all. There is a closet in the corner. The beds aren't the same as in the pictures. They are however very sturdy!!! One of my adult children opted to sleep on the couch rather than one of the bunk beds because all but the one bigger one just seemed too dark and closed in. Maybe if the room was bigger, it would have bee different. We did visit the Kroger once and it was a disaster! Even though it's literally across the street, I wouldn't recommend it! We also has an issue with the gate not opening. the rental company had to contact the HOA and we were told it could not be repaired during our stay. Thankfully we weren't stuck trying to get out when that happened. We did have to park on the street that night. Also saw a neighbor that told us it acts up sometimes and the gate was fine.

The good:Good mattress, good pillowsBeautifully decorated and so charming. Ample space. The finishes were nice, including the kitchen appliances. Location was perfect for walking to the grocery store, coffee, restaurants, etc. Ample pantry space in kitchen to store groceries. I hate when we go to a rental and they fill every single space, forcing you to have to store groceries all over the counter. Loved the ambient lighting options with the table lamps everywhere!Great water pressure and full bathrooms were very nice. The not so good:Sink in lower half bath needs repair - no longer attached to the wall properly and is wonky/wobbly. This bathroom door lock also doesn’t work. Remote to tv in queen bedroom missingNo baking/cookie sheet to be found in the kitchen (which was problematic when we had planned to oven bake something and found we couldn’t due to lack of supplies). Very minimal stocking in the kitchen...-Ziplocks and foil would be nice-No spices or cooking oils at all. S&P at least would have been nice-Extra kitchen towel would have been nice. We were only given one for both hands and drying dishes, which is a bit unsanitary. King bed made with wrong sheets (too small) but this was remedied quickly when I texted the number provided. Parking gate quit working while we were there. Messaged and got no response but it got fixedStreet racing at night on the weekend that was very loud. We didn’t notice at all on weeknights, but it was an issue on Friday and Saturday nights. Thankfully we brought white noise machines, which helped drown it out. Overall I would absolutely stay here again but would really like to see the kitchen get a few additions. The house was SO beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic experience in Savannah! The VRBO was centrally located, and we walked almost everywhere. The area felt safe, and there was a great coffee shop across the street. The host was extremely easy to communicate with, and they stored our bags for us when we checked out. The house was clean and beautifully renovated. We would all love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay

Dishwashing and clothes washing detergent is supplied and tons of toilet paper. Awesome! Bar soap is in every bathroom as well as hand lotion. There was a surplus of bath towels. Hand towels and wash cloths need to be added (we didn't have enough for everyone and the kitchen only had one small towel).
We used two of the fold up chairs in the kitchen closet for a day at Tybee as well as the small styrofoam cooler.
The location was wonderful for us! We were so close to Forsyth Park (kids loved that!), and the Mansion on Forsyth was a close walk and our pickup location for one of our tours. We Ubered everywhere else or just walked. We wished that a basketball and tennis rackets/balls were available in the house for use at the park. Would be a great add to this home.
There are restaurants within a few blocks and the Kroger is so close that it's visible from the house. Wonderful for us!
River Street is only about a mile away, but we took an Uber. Everything else is a 2-4 min Uber ride. Outside of Savannah: 20+ min to Tybee Island, 20+ min to Wilmington Island, 25 min to the airport.
Lucky Savannah was very accomodating when we arrived a couple of hours early. We left our bags at their office location until our rental was ready. Wonderful! We would recommend this home and company.

When you need to work on “vacation” you should be able to count on a strong WiFi signal in 2022. Literally the only complaint we had with this great home, but it was a big hinderance. This was the perfect place for a bachelorette party hosting 8 people! It has adorable charm and was very clean and tidy. It was located right near Forsyth Park so we loved walking there for breakfast. It also had a cute coffee/breakfast shop across the street and a Kroger. This is a great 3 bedroom. We loved the location-right in the heart of a beautiful neighborhood and just a few blocks away from Forsyth Park. It was easy to walk to everything! There is the cutest coffee shop across the street we enjoyed it a lot- coffee, teas, sandwiches, etc. Condo was clean and really cute. Beds were very comfortable and parking was easy. Check in/out was efficient. Lucky Savannah made it all go smoothly. We will come again to this spot for sure!

Overall the house was amazing and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was that the 2nd rooms tv did not work and I believe a tv somehow should be placed in the 3rd room. Other than that the experience was amazing.
