Appartamento al settimo piano con vista su Sacro Cuore e Torre Eiffel, spazioso moderno e confortevole, posizione eccezionale sia per raggiungere il metrò a pochi passi sia per la varietà di locali e servizi (supermarket, pescheria, panetteria etc) negli immediati dintorni. Accoglienza ottima per la consegna delle chiavi da parte del sig. Adonis, gentilissimo il quale mi ha omaggiato di una bottiglia di buon vino francese.

The host was very easy to work with and responded quickly to all queries. They met us at an agreed time to hand over the keys and were very nice.

The stay was excellent. I do think there are a few things that could have made it even better. We had a very limited amount of toilet paper for 6 people. Also it would have been great to have a few hand and dish towels in the kitchen. We also had trouble with the main bedroom bathroom shower. It was VERY VERY hot. That said it was a great trip and these are not big concerns.

One of the most beautiful places we've stayed in and we would love to stay again. The place was beautifully appointed, and the location was amazing. Views of the Eiffel Tower and Sacred Coeur church through the windows, stunning sunsets, and a buzzing neighbourhood full of good restaurants and cafes, as well as Stohrer the amazing bakery. Location was amazingly central too, just 15 minutes' walk from attractions like the Louvre and the Seine River, with metro nearby too. Beds were so comfortable and there were two sofa beds, heating worked perfectly, coffee was plentiful. The washer/dryer stopped working and the host came to help us resolve the issue. Communication was great.

Although we told the host exactly what time we would arrive, we waited for 10 minutes on the street. The lighting in the apartment is configured strangely and it was difficult to turn on and off specific lights.

Location, one bedroom, living room and baths

Cleanness, the windows were very dirty, i cleaned them to avoid dust inside. Second bedroom window was not looking outside, it was looking in space in between walls were garbage was stored on first floor, and all other neighbors ventilation tubes were going out. So the only air we received was food and garbage smell mixed. So we totally avoided to open that window.

Location was very good and the view was very good.

Beds were very small for two people. The shower had very low water pressure.

We wasn’t told about the decoration work going on in the hall and all seven floors of the spiral staircase so it came as a surprise. Although this was slightly inconvenient it didn’t affect our stay greatly.
