Not only cosy, but very tastefully and practically furnished, in a great location, with everything you need.

Nicely decorated and extremely clean. Christos was on hand with recommendations of places to visit and eat. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Athens in the future.

Streetlights can make the room quite light at night but this is a purely personal preference. We had no issues during our stay.

Homely atmosphere. Felt very safe. Quiet.

The most important thing: the owner is exceptionally kind and helpful. He gave us many tips on what to see in the city, how to best get from the airport to the city center and where are the restaurants to which the locals go. The apartment is very nice. The style is great. There is a piano and a guitar so if anyone plays these instruments then it can certainly be an advantage. There are many great places within a walking distance so the location is also very good from my perspective. If we return to Athens, we will certainly choose the same accommodation.

The apartment is really big and open, with high ceilings and a lovely, warm atmosphere. It feels more like a home than a sterile hotel room. It has a well equipped kitchen and a wonderful bathtub. It has a really nice living area, with a tv, stereo, electric guita and chessboard. There are plenty of books (though mostly in Greek), art supplies as well as kids toys. Lots of lovely things to look at. The bed was perfect, with cloud like pillows and doona, crisp white sheets. Climbing into it at the end of a big day of walking was divine. .

I have no complaints, it was a great place to stay and Christo was a lovely host. We were sad to only have met him briefly but he was very attentive and happy to answer any questions we had via email.

Very good location. Close to all attractions and restaurants while area itself is quiet. Apartment located on the ground floor, while owner lives upstairs. I can recommend.

Booking description lists that there is bedroom and living room, but in reality it's just a one big studio - "bedroom" area is separated from "living room" area by screen/some furniture.

The host kept us in contact before arrival and was there in time. The door lock is very secure. The furnitures are authentic. The accommodation is clear. The city center is very close. The public transport is quickly available.

There could be a microwave oven in the kitchen.
