Easy walk to the beach and all merchants and restaurants on the boardwalk.
House was easy to access and very clean. Living area and kitchen were both very comfortable and roomy. 4 adults and two children ages 2 and 4 had plenty of room to enjoy ourselves indoors.
Bedrooms are up a steep set of stairs but there is a pull out bed downstairs if needed.
Would easily book again, however, being one bathroom we found out a two bathroom unit would be better for us.
Nice back yard layerd with pea stones, has plenty of seeating with a glass table and picnic bench plus other chairs and a gas grill. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this home.

Very nice property with perfect location. Roomy and well equipped. Easy walking distance to the beach and shops. Great back yard. Would definitely consider another beach vacation at this property.

Owners were very nice to let us check in earlier in the day since no one was staying there before us. The house is in a good location. We were very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness, I had to clean before unpacking. Pictures did not reflect the lack of recliner and the addition of a broken foosball table. We had issues with the toilet which the owner did come to fix and also with the TV which didn't get resolved while we were there. The backyard was private and comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay here. Very clean and a lot more room inside than you think. Great backyard area too. Perfect location to the beach and all the activities Hampton beach has to offer. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location at the beach. Minutes from everything. Especially enjoyed the back yard for the little kids. Also came equipped with some sand toys and chairs.

Only suggestion I’d give for it is to upgrade the mattresses in bedrooms. The kids were not bothered by them but the adults all found them uncomfortable. Guests should be told the bathroom is on the main floor and ALL bedrooms are on the second floor. also...the bathroom is in need of a serious cleaning/update. Mold is all around/in the tub, filling the floor corners near the tub. The owners were available when needed, ample parking and friendly neighbors.

The house is so close to the beach & strip, it’s extremely clean & comfortable. Living area & dining are larger then pictures make it look. The backyard space is absolutely perfect for relaxing, grilling & eating.

We came for a 3 night girls trip and the property was even better then expected. House was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for all of us. Bed rooms were a good size and back yard was a really nice place to hang out with plenty of seating. Location is also a huge plus, was a few minute walk right to beach and all the local attractions. Can’t wait to rent again.

Great loation and set up for larger families
Property was perfect in terms of sleeping space and location. Only comment is that having only 1 full bathroom for the up to 8 people this listing states is difficult. Property could easily seep more then 8, but even if just 4 or 5, having another half bath or even an outdoor shower would have been nice. Other then that minor suggestion, everything about this property makes me want to rent regularly.

Awesome getaway!
The owners are easy to communicate with and have thought of everything to ensure that their guests are comfortable. The check-in was seamless and the house was very clean upon arrival. Of course, the one bathroom is not ideal, but we made it work. It's a small negative amongst the many positives that this place offers. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again next year!

Very nice
We were very happy to rent this house. Everything was nice and clean and all the necessary was there for our stay. We were a group of 8 and we did not have any space issue. The overall setting is also perfect. There's a nice backyard with plenty of space if you want to do a barbecue, the living room as enough space for your whole group, so does the kitchen and it takes a 2 minutes walk from the house to have your feet into the sea. Activities are also right around the corner.

Location, location, location
The property was as expected from the listing. Very easy to get in and was a great location for us, right in the middle of the strip and close to the boardwalk. It fit 7 of us comfortably and we felt so lucky to be able to rent it. Will definitely be back!!! Thank you!

Great Family Place
This was a perfect place to stay with our family which includes two young children. A short walk to the beach for morning sun then back to house for nap time and playing in the yard for our older child. The playground is across the street which was fantastic!!!
