Grazie per l'interesse dimostrato per la Sand Trap Beach House. The Sand Trap si trova nella zona privilegiata di North Beach nell'area di Monroe Park. È a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Nessuna scala o pendenza per raggiungere la spiaggia. Il Sand Trap ha quattro camere da letto e 2 bagni completi più una doccia esterna chiusa aggiuntiva. Tutte le camere sono situate al secondo piano. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo, dispone di un ponte al 2 ° piano che si affaccia sul lago e sulla spiaggia. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale, la terza camera ha un letto matrimoniale e la quarta camera ha due letti singoli. La camera familiare dispone di TV e lettore DVD; c'è una sala da pranzo fuori dalla cucina. La cucina ha tutti i comfort di cui hai bisogno. Quando entri per la prima volta in casa, c'è una piccola sala da sole, che è una bella stanza per sedersi al tavolo per giocare a carte ecc. La parte anteriore della casa ha un patio con due tavoli e molte sedie per mangiare all'aperto.

Cucina: forno / forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, smaltimento dei rifiuti, macchina per il caffè, frullatore, tutto il necessario per cucinare. Le biciclette sono custodite sul retro della casa per l'uso, ma non possiamo garantirne le condizioni di settimana in settimana. Un sacco di sedie per sedersi nel patio e per mangiare all'aperto. Capacità massima: 8 adulti o 10 in totale con bambini e adulti.

The property was ok … all the bedrooms are upstairs , and stairs were narrow and steep .so getting out luggage up and down took some effort …. The kitchen was nice , had about anything you needed … nice appliances …
The evening before we left, there was no hot water , that was disappointing .
We love the area , so we’ll come back here next year, but probably won’t rent the SandTrap again …

There were 8 ladies all 76 years old the house was very convenient for all of us the stairs to upper part were not bad one lady slept on couch down stairs because she is with a walker but said the couch was very comfy. The only one thing the VCR was not plugged in and we were not sure what to do because there were no outlets for it but other than that the house was nice.

This property is a perfect location to be on the beach in less than 3 minutes! The house is older and has lots of diy work in it, as well as inconvenient electrical outlets (gals with lots of hair tools and Apple products😉) but it is a wonderful location so all those issues were secondary. The beds were all very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water and great water pressure. We had a bit of a gas smell scare but it turned out to probably be a gas grill nearby. Kari, the owner, was very responsive and helpful. The one thing that was inconvenient was the requirement to have towels washed, dried, and put away before checking out at 10:00 AM. Same for the dishwasher plus we had to wash off the outdoor tables and water the flowers each night. Places we have rented in other beach communities have never asked the put away job to be done. I have washed towels and dishes during longer stays but the most required before leaving was wash them and then the housekeepers would dry and put away. We have never had to put a final load away…just start it before leaving. We didn’t think we could get everything done and out by 10:00 so we opted to forego showering and dried our faces and hands with paper towels in the morning. Those instructions seemed like work when we wanted to have a more relaxed three days away. All in all, we had a great stay and the location would bring us back again, but wanted to explain why we couldn’t give 5 stars.

We stayed for a week at the Sand Trap and could not have been happier with our experience. We’ve been vacationing in South Haven every summer for 6 years, and while we’ve never been disappointed with a home, this was our favorite spot.
The house was in great condition and the location cannot be beat. You are steps away from the beach, ice cream, and morning coffee/baked goods at Bunde’s bakery. If you want to escape the action at the beach their patio was the perfect place for a quiet lunch or dinner.
I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to visit South Haven.

Great location in South Haven less than a block from North Beach on the Promenade. Large patio area out front for our whole family of eight. Nice sunroom in the front with an extra fridge for beach refreshments. Comfortable living room and well-stocked kitchen with modern appliances. Fantastic Weber gas grill out back just off the kitchen. Bedrooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Bathrooms were a bit tight, one on each floor. One minute walk to the beach, couple minutes to Bunde's, and 15-minute walk to Phoenix St. made the location perfect. Parking ended up working out fine as well with a couple spots out front on Kalamazoo. We had a wonderful week!

The house was lovely! Cozy, comfortable, and charming decor. A minute to beautiful North Beach makes it easy to go back and forth with the little ones. The neighbors monarch butterflies always are a treat! Rested and relaxed, we will be back next year!

We had the best and easiest vacation imaginable steps from the beach meant everyone could do what they wanted when they wanted. No waiting for everyone to get up and eat and then load up the car and search for parking.
The house was comfy and clean the outside tables are a fantastic hang out spot

We knew from the pictures that the place was close to the beach but we didn't realize it was literally just around the corner from it! House was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for a family getaway.

This is our second year in a row staying at this house. It’s a perfect location for getting to the beach and then being able to take a short walk into town! It’s a very cozy house with an excellent patio! We will be staying here again.

Sandtrap Traps More than Sand!
Love South Haven and the Sandtrap is a terrific traditional beach house I remember from my youth yet with todays updates. Lots of room, great kitchen and shaded patio just outside the East porch, a nice refuge from the afternoon sun after heating up at the beach just a short walk away. We will be back again!

My college girlfriends and I loved this house and its location from sitting on the upper deck and seeing the beach to the quick walk down there. It was also close enough to walk to the downtown area and a cute bakery a couple of blocks away. It was a quiet street and the house had everything we needed.

Wonderful location and great host
We all (8 adults) were very impressed with Kari's setup and items available that we did not need to bring or buy. Great location, comfortable home to be in. The only thing one needs to know on a hot night the AC needs to be low in order to cool the sleeping areas but that was an easy resolve.

Great house, very convenient and steps from the beach. Great kitchen and grill and good outdoor patio with umbrella's. Master Bedroom very warm for sleeping and AC did not work for 1 night. Also condensation leak in hallway. Both are getting fixed this week

Locations was perfect! A one block walk to the beach and a short walk into town. All on the North Beach! We would definitely stay here again. A cozy house for a large family or two smaller families! Wish we could come back sooner.

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The house was clean and had everything it listed. The house was close to the beach, parking was easy this time of year and the neighborhood was delightful!
