Very clean, modern, and quiet despite our room being right next to the elevator! Massage chairs were a nice touch after long days of walking. Train station (running the Ginza line) was conveniently right in front and especially welcomed on rainy days. Location is great for exploring/shopping in Ginza.

Double room was on the smaller side but probably typically for Tokyo.

Die Lage zum Bahnhof Tokio. 10 min zu Fuss. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Bett. Gute ausreichende Ausstattung. Conveniens Store in der Nähe.

Leider momentan eine Baustelle gegenüber. Es war zum Glück nicht all zu schlimm. Wird noch einige Monate dauern.

Have stayed here before and now our go-to hotel in Tokyo. Love the location - easy walking distance from Tokyo station. Subway right outside. Short walk into Ginza. The room is small but comfortable and has everything from steamer to hair dryer - don't even need a plug adaptor for the UK. And the breakfast is really great.

I wish there were proper cups in the room rather than plastic cups to drink out of.

The staff were efficient and also courteous and upon being requested, very helpful. The layout of our room, given what is was as a booking, was efficient.

Lovely corner room with big windows which helped create space when there really wasn't very much actual realeastate!

The massage chair in the room - it remained unused and in the way. Would be good to have been given the choice to have it remain in the room or not.

More of a lobby to sit and talk or work on the computer etc.

We have been in Japan > 30 days already. Therefore it is extremely important for our final 4days in Japan to have a good start checking into the Remm Kyobashi . We are very grateful to Ms Tsukada because this cheery and helpful front office girl made it a very smooth, quick and happy check in. Tq very much Ms Tsukada! However, if you are the average tourist, you may want to think twice whether this hotel is suitable. We are that average tourist. Maybe we can afford a little extra that is all. But we chose the wrong hotel. This hotel sells itself like a business hotel. After all it’s in an office district. The hotel presumes you can pay! You are on business! . Checking out on our last day was quite disappointing. Our flight was at 11pm. The pleasant lady Manager on duty did hear our appeal and grant a late check out at 3pm but with 4500 jpy charge. Nevertheless we think this fee is reasonable but eventually decided not to take up the offer. We were upset by what we subsequently discover. There is no such thing as FOC late checkout even at 1, 2pm! Each hour after 12 is 1500 jpy. 2pm is 3000. That’s how 3pm is 4500 jpy (45 sgd) arrived at. The hotel charges a night’s FULL stay rate from $250-300 SGD for late check out anytime after 3! No flexibility! This is even though we did our research and there are many rooms left unsold for that night. We offered to pay a reasonable portion of the room rate for 6pm check out but this was politely rejected. Full rate or no 6pm. Hotel policy! For us tourists, I think this rigidity in the hotel’s policy does not benefit the hotel nor its guests. Most importantly it left a somewhat disappointing impression on our last days of stay in Japan. Remm could have done better to differentiate between business travellers and tourists but it didn’t! Perhaps it don’t want to! Business is too good! So we conclude that this hotel is money first, customers last. Tourist guests also have to get used to the room size.
