in my booking i opted the free breakfast. but in hotel ,after my breakfast they told that breakfast was not free .and they have taken brakfast charges from me.. it was very bad experience.. if possibe refund my breakfast money

Good Food and location.

Poor maintenance. Bathroom tapes were leaking. Hotel staff already knew this but didn't do anything. They took good amount of money in name of 3 star for stay but in return provided very poor facilities. If you take money and show a 3 star than have some manners to give decent service.
