The location is excellent, close to the beach and cafes etc. The decor is nice. The tea/coffee making facilities were good. The bed was clean and comfortable.
The bathroom needs some attention. The taps don’t work properly. All of the chrome is rusty. The tiles need to be bleached and scrubbed.

Location was great, right next to the main prom and beaches. Contacts were reachable and friendly, easy to get in. Choccy biccies were a nice treat.
Broken shower head, single glazed windows didn’t keep traffic noise out, mattress had seen better days. No hooks to hang anything up. The walls are very thin so you can hear telly and conversations in other rooms, so didn’t feel particularly private.

The location and accommodation was first class for the short overnight stay we had in Seaham

It was clean and had everything I needed
No where to sit to watch tv. I appreciate though that seats would have taken up too much room.
